Bible Reading: Isaiah 9: 8-10

Memory VerseHow can a young person stay pure? By obeying your word. Psalm 119:9 (NLT)

Be blessed:

1. On not giving up: I already know what giving up feels like. I want to see what happens if I don’t — Neila Rey

2. On prayer vs. Word of God: When asked, ‘What is more important: Prayer or Reading the Bible? ‘ I ask, ‘What is more important: Breathing in or Breathing out? – Charles Spurgeon

3. On living a life of ease: Never throughout history has a man who lived a life of ease left a name worth remembering – Theodore Roosevelt

4. On sexual purity 001: Nothing has stolen more dreams, dashed more hopes, broken up more families, and messed up more people psychologically than our propensity to disregard God’s commands regarding sexual purity.

5. On sexual purity 002: There is no sexual intercourse that leaves you the same.

6. On tomorrow: One thing I cherish about tomorrow is, you will never know who will be relevant, available, alive, bigger, smaller, richer, poorer, and mostly needed. Tread carefully and softly, because only God knows tomorrow. So, love, forgive and be good to everyone. Tomorrow is real.

7. On financial blessing: When God blesses you financially, don’t raise your standard of living. Raise your standard of giving.

8. On the blessings of failure: If you pay attention to the patterns of your life you’ll realise how much you owe to failure. How these things took you to a greater destination, how they helped you to grow and understand what was really meant for you. You must always remember that.

9. On the future: The best way to take care of the future is to take care of the present moment – Thich Nhat Hanh.

10. On loyalty: Loyalty is an expensive product. You will buy it with years of investment in people. It is not an inheritance – Apostle Joshua Selman.

11. On mutual respect: Speak without being offensive. Listen without being defensive. Always leave your opponents with their dignity – T. D. Jakes

12. On thanksgiving: Before we ask God for anything, thank Him for everything

13. On shortest distance: The shortest distance between our problems and their solutions is the distance between our knees and the floor. – Dr. Charles F. Stanley.

Prophetic Decree: Your life will not lack a sure word of God in season, in Jesus name.
