Bible Reading:  Daniel 1:32, 1 Corinthians 16:32, Mark 9:23

Memory Verse…but the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploitsDaniel 11:32b (NKJV)

A man broke the internet as he explained the step-by-step process of how he gained admission into the University after he couldn’t continue his education from JSS3. He said: From JSS3 straight to the University. After JSS3, I couldn’t further my education due to certain issues. On the 17th of September, 2018, I decided to enrol in a tutorial. I was so bad academically that I didn’t even know the first 20 elements. I couldn’t add two fractions together either. The only thing I could do was read and write.

The first two months of learning were tough. I had to read like a madman. Things got worse in the third month when I could no longer afford to pay the tutorial fees. The owner of the tutorial, Mr. Donald, made me an offer – to wash the toilets and fetch water into the bathroom drum in exchange for waiving my fees. I took the offer and kept going. Things got harder, but my mind was made up.

I must become a University student the following year. A few months later, another stumbling block came: I had no money to register for WAEC. On the very last day of registration, Mr. Donald came through again and registered me for free.

Excerpt 1: “He met with the owner of the tutorial, who offered him a deal in exchange for the lesson fee, an offer he accepted.”

Lesson 1: Street Wisdom (Prov. 1:20): When you have a vision, never say resources (money) held you down. Ask yourself: What can I give/offer LEGITIMATELY in exchange for what I want? Can you become a cleaner in an institution as an exchange for free tuition?

Excerpt 2: “Things got harder, but my mind was made up. I must become a University student the following year.”

Lesson 2:  Until your mind is made up on a matter, you may not be willing to go the extra length. Real change starts from deep within you – when your mind is made up.

Excerpt 3: ‘I had no money to register for WAEC. On the very last day of registration, Mr. Donald came through again and registered me for free.’

Lesson 3: God sometimes stretches our faith. He could decide to send destiny helpers only at the 11th hour.

Quote:  Blame yourself if you ever fail in life. As bad as your situation may seem, there are people in worse situation who eventually emerged with a big testimony.

Prophetic Decree:  Whether the devil likes it or not, you shall emerge a big testimony.

Prayer Focus

1. Helper of the helpless, I thank You.

2. I break the backbone of poverty trying to stop me from fulfilling my destiny, in Jesus name.

3. I receive wisdom to navigate life and destiny, in Jesus name.

4. My mind, I command you to cooperate with my destiny, in Jesus name.

5. My Father, hastily appear in my situation. Bring men and resources promptly and abundantly to me, in Jesus name.
