Bible ReadingEcclesiastes 4: 9–10

Memory Verse:  Two can accomplish more than twice as much as one, for the results can be much better. If one falls, the other pulls him up; but if a man falls when he is alone, he’s in trouble.  Ecclesiastes 4: 9-10 (TLB)

Other keys needed to activate the favour of God include:

  1. RELATIONSHIPS: Apostle Joshua Selman said, “All blessings come from God, through men, to men.” Relationships are God’s systems of connection and transfer. When God wants to bless you, He introduces a man into your life. When Satan wants to destroy you, he also introduces a man. Favour often travels on the rails of relationships. Ruth’s relationship with Naomi positioned her for Boaz’s favour (Ruth 2:10–13). Esther found favour with the king because she was recommended by Hegai. (Esther 2:15–17). Joseph’s connection with Pharaoh’s butler is a classic case: one relationship connected him to destiny.

Similarly, Mordecai’s relationship with Esther became a national deliverance. Hence, you need to maintain healthy and godly relationships. Invest in people. Build strategic, covenant relationships with mentors, peers, and protégés. Many have prayed for favour, but ignored the relationships through which favour will come. Lot was blessed because of his relationship with Abraham, the covenant bearer. Laban was blessed because of his relationship with Jacob. Genesis 30:27 (KJV), “And Laban said unto him, I pray thee, if I have found favour in thine eyes, tarry: for I have learned by experience that the LORD hath blessed me for thy sake.

Nurture relationships through consistency and loyalty. Be trustworthy; don’t betray confidences. Be sensitive. Recognise when God sends a person as a destiny helper. Everything multiplies on the basis of relationship. You must have covenant relationships. Favour is relational. God often works through people. Getting favour may mean that certain people come into your life to sponsor, mentor, or lift you. The helpers of destiny being activated is a recurring theme for one who is truly favoured.

Quote:  Favour is relational. God often works through people. He who despise relationships despise divine favour.

Prophetic Decree: Destiny relationships that will cause your life to progress shall overshadow your path, in Jesus name.

THREE THINGS YOU MUST CONQUER

Life is not just about what you achieve, it’s about what you master. Before God can trust you with influence, impact, or increase, He watches how well you can govern yourself. It was Apostle Arome Osayi who said: "The first thing that a young adult must be exposed to is mastery over appetite...
