Bible Reading: Luke 10: 30–36

Memory Verse:  Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of ChristGalatians 6:2 (NIV)

Few months ago, a U.S. fighter jet was shot down in Iran, and one of the airmen was badly wounded, stranded deep in the enemy’s territory. For nearly 48 hours, he hid in the mountains, bleeding, alone, and being hunted.

But here’s the powerful part: They didn’t leave him. The military launched a massive rescue mission of over 100 aircrafts, special forces, and intelligence teams; all for one wounded soldier!

Why? Because in their code, you never leave a wounded soldier behind.

Now let’s bring it home. In church today:

Someone is wounded spiritually, but we gossip about them.

Someone is struggling with sin, but we avoid them.

Someone stopped coming to church, and nobody checked on them.

We have learned how to sing together, but we have not learned how to carry one another.

The Bible tells the story of the Good Samaritan. Others passed by the wounded man, but one person stopped, lifted him, treated him, and stayed until he recovered.

That is Christianity.

A brother falls into sin. Instead of judging, you call and pray with him

A sister stops attending church. You visit, not just text.

A young believer is confused. You disciple, not ignore.

A worker is overwhelmed. You support, not compete.

If an army could risk everything to save one soldier, how much more should the Church, God’s own spiritual army fight for one soul?

John 13:35 (NIV), “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

QuoteTrue Christianity is not proven in how loud you sing or preach, but in how deeply you care.

Prophetic Decree:  I command quick healing and restoration to all wounded soldiers, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. Lord, give me a heart that notices the hurting, in Jesus name.

2. My Father, please deliver me from judgmental spirit and indifference, in Jesus name.

3. Lord, please make me a vessel of restoration in my church and community, in Jesus name.

4. Lord, kill every iota of self in me, in the name of Jesus.

5. Lord, help me to love in deeds and not just in words alone, in Jesus name.

DOUBLE DEALING WITH GOD: A DANGEROUS GAME

Friends, God is not confused about who we are. We may fool people, but we can’t fool Him. Double dealing is when you try to live two lives at the same time—one for God, and one for your flesh, culture, or secret desires...

WHEN FAITH MEETS REAL NEEDS

Let's be clear on this: The primary responsibility of the Church is to lead people to Christ. This is otherwise called salvation. However, transformation within should result in transformation withal because faith without action is dead. Correct me if I'm wrong, but in the long run, the Church is the principal agent...

THE SALVATION OF YOUR FAMILY IS NOT ABOUT YOU

There is a quiet frustration many believers carry. You love God. You are committed. You pray. You serve. But someone very close to you—a child, a parent, a sibling—is not walking with God. And if you are honest, it bothers you deeply. Not just because of them, but because of you...
