Bible Reading: Galatians 5:16–24

Memory Verse: And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. Galatians 5:24

I celebrate the grace of God upon Dr D.K. Olukoya. Demons feed on sin. Once sin is out, they will starve. They feed on fear. Once fear is out, they will starve. They feed on ignorance. Once ignorance is out, you starve them.

Flesh is anything that is not energized by the Holy Spirit and this is where the problem comes. The flesh is that part of every human being that wants to act in independence of God.

The flesh represents the “fight” against your spirit, often producing jealousy, anger, or selfish ambition (Galatians 5:19-21).

Take note:

1. If the flesh craves for sexual pleasure, then demons will come in and promote fornication and adultery.

2. If the flesh enjoys seduction, then demons will come in and cause lustful manipulation.

3. If the flesh wants praise, demons will come in and bring in ego and pride.

4. If the flesh hates correction, demons will come in and bring in stubbornness.

5. If the flesh fears rejection, demons will come in and promote insecurity.

6. If the flesh loves rebellion, demons will promote immoral acts.

7. If the flesh is always craving for wealth, money, demons will promote covetousness.

8. If the flesh enjoys comparison, demons will breed envy.

9. If the flesh is seeking for instant gain, the demon will trigger fraud. The reason they get fraudulent is because they want instant gain.

10. If the flesh desires applause, demons will bring prideful hearts.

11. If the flesh craves revenge, the demon will encourage retaliation.

12. If the flesh reacts in anger, then the demon will promote rage.

13. If the flesh is always looking for comfort, the demon will encourage laziness.

14. If the flesh fears failure, the demon will encourage procrastination.

Quote: The flesh is the ladder through which demons climb into our lives.

Prophetic Decree: Today, receive power to rule over your flesh and demons, in Jesus name.
