ACTIVATING THE MINISTRY OF ANGELS (1)

Bible Reading:  Hebrews 1:14

Memory Verse:  Then an angel from heaven appeared and strengthened him. Luke 22:43 (NLT)

Credence to the work of the Holy Spirit in the life of God’s servant, Pastor Dr. Paul Enenche. Question: What triggers the ministry of angels? First, be an heir of salvation – be born again. “Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?” (Hebrews 1:14). If you are a child of God, you are qualified for angelic ministry. Second, be aligned with divine purpose.

When you live in alignment with God’s will and purpose for your life, angels are activated on your behalf. Luke 22:43 tells us that Jesus was in alignment with divine purpose, and an angel ministered to Him. Many wonder why they do not experience the ministry of angels—it is often because they are pursuing personal ambition rather than divine purpose.

The angel of the Lord can assist you in fulfilling purpose, but it can also resist you when you go against God’s will. This happened to Balaam in Numbers 22:24-26. Balaam attempted to curse God’s people, but the angel of the Lord stood in his way, preventing him. If you are fulfilling God’s assignment, angels will assist you. If you oppose His work, they will resist you. Israel experienced this when leaving Egypt—the angel of the Lord went before them, leading them into purpose. One prayer every believer must pray is, “Lord, help me be in the centre of Your plan.” Whether in ministry, career, or business, alignment with divine purpose activates angelic help.

Another way to activate the ministry of angels is by giving voice to God’s word. “Bless the Lord, ye His angels, that excel in strength, that do His commandments, hearkening unto the voice of His word.” (Psalm 103:20). Angels respond to the voice of God’s word. When you declare, “I shall not die before my time. I shall fulfil my days. I am serving the Lord, and He is blessing my bread and water,” you are giving voice to God’s word. Even when financial difficulties arise, you declare, “Men are cast down, but I say there is a lifting up. My God supplies all my needs according to His riches in glory.” Speaking in alignment with God’s word strengthens angels on assignment.

Quote:  Following your divine purpose (not personal ambition) activates the ministry of angels.

Prophetic Decree:  May the angel of the living God herald the works of your hands unto kings, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. I receive the grace to walk in deep consciousness of the ministry of angels, in Jesus name.

2. Sing the song, “I fall in alignment with the angel of my destiny…” by Lawrence Oyor (available on YouTube).

3. I activate my ministering angels to take me to my Promised land, in Jesus name.

4. I receive grace not to pursue my personal ambition but to focus on my divine purpose, in Jesus name.

5. Lord Jesus, you have my permission, may the Holy Ghost prevent me from wondering off your prefect will for my life, in Jesus name.
