Bible ReadingPsalm 119:9

Memory Verse:  It is good for a man that he should bear The yoke [of godly discipline] in his youth. Lamentations 3:27 (AMP)

1. The best thing that can happen to you is to know God genuinely and intimately; even as you discover God’s purpose for your life. It will save you from many pain, and redeem your years.

2. Invest in your purpose through prayers and training. If you matter to what matters to God, you commit God to partner with your destiny.

3. Research and prayerfully discover the limitation of your family lineage, and fight it now.

4. Control your appetite or your appetite will control you. Uncontrolled appetite for food, sex, money, material possessions, pornography, masturbation, alcohol, drugs etc., have wrecked many destinies.

5. Get smarter. Be committed to knowledge daily. Get wiser. In all your getting, get wisdom. Wisdom is the principal thing.

6. Take personal responsibility. Be passionate about skill acquisition. There are legitimate courses and online trainings that could establish your feet on solid ground. Learn skills on YouTube instead of wasting your time watching skits.

7. Be wary of entitlement mentality. Your parent’s wealth is not your wealth. No one owes you anything.

8. The social media is like a two-edged sword; it can make or mar. Use it with caution. Be disciplined.

9. Your future is the sum total of what you do today. What you sow today, you will reap in your future tomorrow.

10. One act of fornication or adultery could wreck an entire destiny.

11. Hardwork and determination can make you achieve anything. Humbling yourself only takes you higher.

12. Celebrate the success of others. Avoid jealousy and envy. Keep an open-mind. Avoid assumptions. Act with intention. Practice gratitude. Speak honestly. Exercise daily. Avoid gossip. Eat clean. Forgive. Listen. Learn. Love.

13. Time waits for no one.

14. At the end of life, it is not how much you have made or how much you have acquired, but how much we’ve impacted. Do something daily to bless many others.

15. The person you marry may determine whether you will fulfil your destiny or not.

16. Attitude is everything. Attitude is 100%.

17. Your friends are either going to make you, or mar you.

18. Covet your parent’s blessing. It will ease your journey through life.

19. The Word works. Make the Word of God a lamp to your feet, and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105).

20. Make sure you don’t miss heaven for any reason.

Quote The earlier you get it right as a youth, the better your destiny shines.

Prophetic Decree: I silence forever any altar speaking against your destiny, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. Thank you Father for the privilege to be young.

2. I receive wisdom for self-control and delayed gratification, in Jesus name.

3. I break the hold of powers in my foundation working against my glory, in Jesus name.

4. My father, please deliver me from youthful exuberance that truncate destiny, in Jesus name.

5. Satanic trap set for my destiny, be exposed and disgraced, in Jesus name.
