Bible Reading: Romans 12:1, Malachi 3: 17-18

Memory Verse:  Then once more you will see that I make a distinction between the righteous and the wicked, between the one who serves God and the one who does not.  Malachi 3:18 (NET)

Wait a minute! Let’s assume you drop dead now, what do you think has been written concerning you in heaven? Pardon my manners, perhaps the first question should have been: Is your name written in the book of life? The way many are living their lives, one may be tempted to think that life ends here on earth. Like it or not, one day we shall all stand before the judgement throne of God to give account of what we have done with the breath God “loan” us.

What shall be written or said about you? What are you doing with this borrowed life of yours for your Master? Why should you allow a day pass bye without sowing a seed to the treasure house of heaven? Are you thinking of your mansions in heaven at all? Are you consciously winning souls and building the Saints to add more mansions to your mansions in heaven? John 14:2-3 (NKJV), “In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.”

Paul Chappell opined, “Are you still diligently living for God and serving Him, even in these last days? Now is not the time to ease up, but to charge forward and continue living for the Lord.” Some Saints are getting tired, while others are growing weary because of the enormosity of the assignment in their hands. This ought not to be.

A woman clocked 84 last year, yet so passionately working for the Lord. You could hardly believe she’s 84. She holds no walking stick and could comfortably climb the stairs. In her words, “Anna in the scriptures was 84 years old when she carried baby Jesus in the Synagogue”. As such, she’s just starting her work for her Master. Till now, she is one of the most fervent worker in her cell group in Church. She is bringing forth good fruits in her old age, enjoying the covenant of longevity; and as her days are, so is her strength. Behold the blessings of sacrificial kingdom service.

QuoteUntil your kingdom service becomes sacrificial, you may not attract the attention of the third heaven.

Prophetic Decree: You will not lose your crown in heaven, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. Sing the song by GUC, “I am your own (2ce), till the day you will come…Jesus, I am your own”.

2. Lord, I receive grace to raise an altar of sacrificial service unto you, in Jesus name.

3. Lord, help me to keep my gaze on heaven as I serve you wholeheartedly and sacrificially, in Jesus name.

4. The word, “Depart from me ye worker of iniquity” shall not be said of me, in Jesus name.

5. Holy Spirit, please remind me daily that I am in a transient world, in Jesus name.
