Bible Reading:            Luke 14:28-32.

Memory verse:  This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Joshua 1:8 (NKJV)

In life:

  • Our weaknesses are breeding ground for Satan and his host (2 Cor. 10:6).
  • You have to confront your foundation and weaknesses (Psalm 11:3)
  • You have to stop the devil before he stops you (1 John 3:8).
  • You have to equip yourself with the whole armour of God (Eph.6:13).
  • You have to frustrate the plans of your enemies by the power of God (Job 5:12).
  • You have to fight to finish (1 Tim.6:12).

In life:

  • Wisdom is the principal thing (Prov.4:7).
  • Knowledge is power (Prov. 24:5).
  • Boldness is a necessity (Joshua 1:6).
  • The Holy Spirit is your surest pilot (John 14:16).
  • True Riches is the Lord’s (Haggai 2:8).
  • There are 2 types of success: Good and bad success (Joshua 1:8).
  • Your true worth is not in the abundance of your material possessions (Luke 12:15).
  • The Word of God is a lamp to your feet and light to your path (Psalm 119:105).
  • Time is life – when you waste your time, you waste your life (Eccl 3:1).

Action word:       Practice The Basic Principles Of Life.

Prayer points:

  1. I will not be a fool in the school of life in the name of Jesus.
  2. Wisdom to live a prosperous life, come upon my heart, in the name of Jesus.
