Bible Reading: Philippians 4:6, Romans 12:12, Ephesians 4:2, Ecclesiastes 7:8
Memory Verse: The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him. It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord. It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth. Lamentations 3:25-27 (ESV)
The virtue of patience is perhaps one of the very hallowed virtues the 21st century generation aren’t willing to have. Someone once said, “Lord, I am patient, but please hurry”. That’s rather a contradictory statement. How much patience you have is reflected in the strength of your staying power. This generation is not ready to be patient with God, their destiny timing and with themselves. In the kingdom of God, there are protocols. Anything you acquire outside your destiny timing is coming back to haunt your soul. One hallmark of a man that has absolutely surrendered to the will of God is that he is dead to himself.
Many don’t know that God is interested even in the minutest details of our lives. They have been blinded with the rush mentality that has plagued our days. No wonder young people die prematurely. They want to acquire what took their fathers 20 years to build in 3 months. Recently, two female young teenagers killed their parents because they wanted to acquire their properties. This is weird! Of what use is having what you haven’t developed capacity to keep. It will soon fly away. When you get to a great height by the virtue of patience, the process involved will surely have imparted you with the ability to keep and reproduce that dimension of result.
Else, such a person will soon fall like a pack of cards. Are you trusting God for an admission, fruit of the womb, healing, supernatural intervention, career breakthrough, etc? Please keep holding on in fervent intercession, faith in God, prophetic seed offering, Bible confessions, and other kingdom services, etc. Your time will come. Your Isaac must appear, and those who laughed at you will soon come back to laugh with you. “Knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance”. James 1:3 (NKJV).
Quote: God has perfect timing; never early, never late. It takes a little patience and it takes a lot of faith but it’s worth the wait – Anonymous.
Prophetic Decree: The Lord whom you seek shall suddenly appear, in Jesus name.
