Bible Reading: Luke 6: 47-49

Memory VerseBut the LORD said to Samuel, ‘Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the LORD sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the LORD looks on the heart. 1 Samuel 16:7 (NIV)

It was Akinola Tunde who said: I’ve seen with amusement and amazement many people praying earnestly for a global ministry when they haven’t even mastered microphone ministry.

Everyone wants the spotlight, but very few want to carry the weight that comes with it.

An empty balloon looks big when filled with air, but it bursts easily when filled with substance. That is what happens when visibility comes before capacity.

Even Jesus, the Son of God didn’t start ministry until after thirty years of capacity building. Thirty years of obscurity for three and a half years of impact. Talk about divine incubation!

Many people want to shine like Joseph, but they don’t want to train like Joseph. Joseph didn’t jump from dreamer to Prime Minister overnight. He passed through the pit (humility), Potiphar’s house (stewardship), and prison (character formation) before he could handle the palace (leadership).

You can’t expect God to hand you a nation when you’re still mismanaging a home cell.

You can’t ask for crowds when you can’t handle criticism.

You can’t demand revival when you can’t sustain your personal devotion.

Capacity is like a foundation; nobody applauds it, but it determines how high the building can go.

Don’t despise your season of preparation. It’s not punishment, it’s process. God is not delaying you; He’s developing you.

Anointing without capacity is like a motor vehicle without brakes; you will move fast, but you will crash early.

Influence without depth is like a microphone without a message; loud noise with little impact.

So, while you’re praying for the stage, let God work on your stamina.

Because when the doors open, it will be too late to start training.

Build capacity now; before the spotlight finds you.

Quote:  You will not get by impartation all that you need to get without process.

Prophetic Decree:  Receive grace for divine empowerment before your lifting, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. Mercy of God, prepare me adequately for my destiny platform, in Jesus name.

2. I receive grace to cooperate with my divine making and becoming, in Jesus name.

3. Spirit of destiny diversion and spiritual carelessness, depart from me, in Jesus name.

4. My Father, please help me not to waste your investment over my life, in Jesus name.

5. I receive grace to develop capacity before my lifting, in Jesus name.

THE QUIET DESTROYERS (2)

One of the greatest dangers in the life of a believer is not the sins everyone can see, but the ones that hide quietly in the heart. These sins rarely attract attention, yet they slowly drain spiritual strength and weaken a man’s destiny. Hebrews 12:1 says, “Let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles”...

THE QUIET DESTROYERS (1)

The Quiet Destroyers are otherwise known as Secret Sins That Ruin Destiny. Many destinies have not been destroyed by loud sins, but by quiet ones. The sins nobody sees. The ones people excuse. The ones hidden behind reputation, ministry, intelligence, or success. Yet heaven sees them clearly. The Bible says, “Be sure your sin will find you out” (Numbers 32:23). Secret sins do not remain secret forever. They slowly weaken the soul until a man who once carried promise begins to lose weight in the spirit...

THE DANGER OF SECRET SIN

Bro. Gbile Akanni once shared a sobering story that has stayed in my heart for many years. He spoke about an elderly evangelist whom God used mightily in the past. In those days there was no television, only radio. When this man of God preached, people would gather around their radios. Sometimes he would say, “Place your hand on the radio.”...
