Bible Reading: Exodus 2:11-15

Memory Verse: Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are going. Eccl. 9:10(NKJV)

One of the ways by which you know where you belong in destiny is to watch out for what makes you uncomfortable. How do I mean? What are the problems or challenges you have personally passed through? What problems are within your environment which makes you feel uncomfortable and you are willing to solve.

Many years ago, a man observed that people do not get to use a comfortable facility to empty their bowels during parties and other outdoor social events. Then, he started mobile toilets. In a short while, he began to rake in millions of Naira. He often said, “Shit business is good business”. He made a career out of disposing people’s excreta! Whao!!  There is dignity in labour. He who will eat the honey hidden in the rock will not look at the axe head. It takes humility and sheer courage to follow a career path. If you choose to be “too dignified” you may be running away from wealth that is yours.

In our Bible reading, Moses who was an heir to the throne of Egypt could not stand an Egyptian oppress an Israelite. That made him feel uncomfortable each time it happened. In his zeal, though without adequate understanding, he killed an Egyptian. That marked the beginning of his training by God and after the training came relevance. Today, Moses is one of the most renowned leaders that ever lived. He was used by God to deliver the Israelites from a 430-year old bondage. Again, what gets you annoyed, makes you feel uncomfortable and gets you thinking for solution? That may be a prophetic pointer to your career path.
