21 Then Peter came to Him and said, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?”

22 Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven. (NKJV)

1. Peer pressures: Do you have friends that don’t stay in the hostel at night or during the weekend? They resume to motels and various guest houses. Haa.. very soon, na baby u go soon dey carry 4 una back oo, if u no repent! 1Cor. 15:33.

• Poor parenting: Some parents are so negligent of their duties. Nevertheless, every teenager, like Daniel (Dan.1:8) and Mary the mother of Jesus (Luke 1:27) must take responsibility for his/her future.

•  Media excesses: The 21^st century media ( tv, radio stations, internet) has rubbished the sacredness of sex. Why feature the body of a girl during a toothpaste advert? She isn’t designed by God as a sex object. Don’t be deceived, sex is a very spiritual thing. It is a spiritual business between the people involved.

• Spiritual problem: Some teens have found out that they have an uncontrollable urge for sex. They’ve got an uncontrollable appetite for sex. For some, they must have sex everyday. For others every other day, during weekends etc. Some go begging their boyfriend or a garage boy when this demonic uncontrollable appetite comes upon them. Such people are under a demonic spell. Sometimes, it is a foundational problem. What happened to their parent is just about finding expression in their own lives too. Like-mother-like-child syndrome! This calls for serious deliverance prayers.

ACTION WORD:            GUARD YOUR DESTINY JEALOUSLY.

PRAYER POINT:

1. Any arrow of uncontrollable sexual appetite in my life, backfire in the name of Jesus.
2. Blood of Jesus, flush out every evil desire and lust in my life, in the name of Jesus.
