Bible reading: Numbers 13: 21-33.
Memory Verse: Then Caleb silenced the people before Moses and said, “We should go up and take possession of the land, for we can certainly do it.” Numbers 13:31 (NIV)

Napoleon Hill said, “Whatever idea your mind can conceive, if you believe it, you will achieve it.” That is the power of possibility mentality. It is having a firm belief that all things are possible. First, believe in God. Secondly, believe in God’s ability in you.

Self-distrust is the architect of failure. Believe that nothing is impossible. This is the secret of the world’s greatest achievers like Henry Ford who said “I am looking for a lot of men with infinite capacity for not knowing what can’t be done”. What he meant was that he needed men who have possibility mentality, people in whose mind and dictionary the word ‘impossibility’ cannot be found. Believe you can and you will. Creativity is a component of possibility mentality.

It is your Perspective that determines your ultimate position in life. You need to develop an ability consciousness – to tell yourself at all times and before any difficult situation, “This can be done though others might have failed”. For instance, if you can only realize that other men like you documented all the subjects/courses you are offering in school, then you won’t have any problem understanding them.

How can one man research a subject/course or propound a law, and another man finds it difficult to understand? You think it is difficult to understand only because you have not applied yourself to understanding it. Beloved, you can’t go farther than you can see yourself going!

The most outstanding success stories are of people with possibility mentality. People who see that things can be done are the ones who get them done. Therefore, it is your perspective that determines your ultimate position in life. No doubt the Bible says,” For as a man thinketh in his heart so is he” (Proverbs 23:7).

Joshua and Caleb saw their ability to possess the land. And they actually did, even though the other ten spies came back with a contrary report (Numbers 13:30-31). The evil reporters all died in the wilderness never able to enter Canaan.
Quote: You cannot be greater than your thoughts. What you think, you become.
Prophetic Word: Every scale covering your eyes is removed, in Jesus name.
Prayer Point: I make demand on the Spirit of God upon Joshua and Caleb that made them see possibilities in obvious impossibilities. I receive the courage to possess all that God has for me, in Jesus name.
