COLLECTING THE NAMAAN’S GIFT

Evangelist Mike Bamiloye wrote: Some years ago, my brethren and I went for Anglican Drama Ministers’ (ANDRAM) Conference in one of the cities in the North. Then, a woman who had been a fan of Mount Zion heard that we were in town and came to visit us. Next, she sent a parcel of clothes and money to each member of Mount Zion team that came to that congress. However, the moment the parcels were shared among us, I became very very uncomfortable in my spirit and my wife and I prayed over it overnight. The more we prayed, the more we became more uncomfortable in our spirit over these gifts sent to us all.

Then, the Spirit of the Lord spoke into my heart on what to do. So, I called all the brethren and told them: “Everyone of you who have received that gift of money and parcel of clothes shouldn’t take it home with you. Pass it over to someone else, the clothes and the money, everything.”

Though it was a hard decision, but everyone of us obeyed including my wife and I. We did not need to know why the Holy Spirit was giving that command, but we obeyed.

It was later we heard of a lot of things about the woman. She had ruined the passions and visions of many ministers with her gifts. All those ministers who had been close to her and had enjoyed her gifts had eventually lost their visions and passions or got spiritually drained.

IF  YOU ARE IN THE MINISTRY ONLY TO EAT AND EAT, TO TAKE AND TAKE, TO GRAB AND GRAB, YOU WILL EVENTUALLY EAT WHAT YOU ARE  NOT SUPPOSE TO EAT AND GRAB WHAT YOU ARE  NOT SUPPOSE TO GRAB AND SOON, ONE MAY TAKE A GIFT OF LEPROSY FROM A NAMAAN.

This is what Jesus said to all those who were following Him because of what to eat and drink: “Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled. Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.” (John 6:26-27 KJV).

IT TAKES THE SPIRIT OF REVELATIONS AND DISCERNMENT:

 – TO KNOW WHAT TO RECEIVE AND WHAT NOT TO RECEIVE;

 – TO KNOW WHEN AND WHEN NOT TO RECEIVE SOME GIFTS;

 – TO KNOW WHO AND WHO NOT TO WALK WITH IN MINISTRY;

 – TO KNOW WHERE AND WHERE NOT TO GO.

One of the Secrets of Abundant Harvest the Lord said He would give us this year is: “Abundant Grace for Divine Revelations”- Ability to understand the move of God, to understand the ways of God and to know the deep things of the Lord God.
