Bible reading: 1 John 5:19, Psalm 14:1-3.

Memory Verse: “That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and thingsin earth, and things under the earth” Philippians 2:10

Whenever people turn away from God, the devil will exploit them somewhere. 1 John 5:19, AMP says, “We know [positively] that we are of God, and the whole world [around us] is under the power of the evil one.” This is why with the same stroke that the devil deceived some people to believe there is no God, he also planted the false belief that there is no devil—and the world that doesn’t believe in the devil’s existence remains unconscious under his evil rule!

A lady was bathing her baby and an overpowering thought compelled her to strangle the baby. After the baby died, the woman came to her senses and asked what happened. What she didn’t know was that the overpowering thought she experienced was a demonic experience. However, if your philosophy and world-view does not accommodate God, Satan and demons, you may begin a psychiatric analysis of the problem.

God wants you to recognize the assault of the devil for what it is, and refuse it in your domain. A man of God was preaching in the UK and a woman with multiple sclerosis came forward for prayers. The man said, “I don’t know what it is but I know that is the name of a demon, you demon called Multiple Sclerosis, I rebuke you in the name of Jesus!” The wheelchair started vibrating and God’s power hit the woman, the woman jumped up and started walking!

No doctor will call Multiple Sclerosis a demon, but you must recognize that the devil is behind every anti-covenant experience in your life, family, career, academics or situation.

Quote: Sicknesses and diseases are cryptic snakes of the devil in the life of God’s children.

Prophetic Word: Right now, I curse every disease in your body, in Jesus name.

Prayer points: Confess every known and unknown sin as you plead the Blood of Jesus 7 times before you pray these prayers.

1.  Every snake hiding in my body, come out, by fire, in the name of Jesus.
2. Internal witchcraft cauldron in my body, break and catch fire, in the name of Jesus.
3. Every internal altar of (mention the sickness), catch fire, in Jesus name.
4. Strongman in charge of (mention the sickness), die, in Jesus name.
5. I break every covenant and curses working with (mention the sickness), in my body in Jesus name.

Declare 7 times, “I am free, in Jesus name.”
