f. Your relationship with the opposite sex. (Ask yourself: Am I loose with the opposite sex? Am I a fornicator or adulterer in reality, or in my heart), etc. Again, having scored yourself, write out concrete steps to get better.

4. Medical health: a. How often did I fall ill this year? b. Why did I fall sick so often? c. Did I visit the Doctor for regular check-up? d. How about my oral health? etc. Now, write out ways to better personal health care.

What is the predominant way of expressing my displeasure when angry – do I smash my gadgets such as phone, break bottles, or I just fume and boil within me? Now, write out strategies the Holy Spirit could be dropping in your heart in order to get better or someone the Holy Spirit could be leading you to meet.

6. Academic / Career life:

a. What courses must I take in order to rise higher in my career?

b. What is responsible for my poor grades?
