Bible Reading:  Mark 11: 1-10

Memory Verse“Go into that village over there,” he told them. “As soon as you enter it, you will see a young donkey tied there that no one has ever ridden. Untie it and bring it here. Mark 11:2 (NLT)

I. Mark 11:1 And when they came nigh to Jerusalem, unto Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount of Olives, he sendeth forth two of his disciples. Lesson: There are certain spiritual operations that requires more than one person to carry out effectively, of course under Jesus, the Chief Shepherd.

II. Mark 11:2 And saith unto them, Go your way into the village over against you: and as soon as ye be entered into it, ye shall find a colt tied, whereon never man sat; loose him, and bring himLesson: Same way a colt could be tied down in a village, a man, woman, boy or girl could be tied down in his village (home town). This is the mystery of foundational problem.

III. Mark 11:3 And if any man say unto you, Why do ye this? say ye that the Lord hath need of him; and straightway he will send him hither.  Lesson: You have the Lord’s backing to silence any tongue that rise against you in judgement.

IV. Mark 11:4 And they went their way, and found the colt tied by the door without in a place where two ways met; and they loose himLesson: “Where two ways met”. Invariably, a cross road. The cross road has always been a meeting point for convergence of spirits and venue for evil sacrifices. Nevertheless, your deliverance is possible.

V. Mark 11:5 And certain of them that stood there said unto them, What do ye, loosing the colt?  Lesson: Be ready for a very fierce challenge when you decide to break away from the limitations of your foundation. The evil strongmen, the demonic evil priest, the binding evil decrees, evil foundational laws, evil covenant, etc, will not let you go without a fierce war.

VI. Mark 11:6 And they said unto them even as Jesus had commanded: and they let them go.  Lesson: Confrontation is real but with Jesus, victory is sure.

VII. Mark 11:7 And they brought the colt to Jesus, and cast their garments on him; and he sat upon himLesson: This is where many get it wrong. Just after many were delivered, they ran away from preservation. They did not allow Jesus to sit on them and continually use them to His glory. Find something to do for the Lord in his household. Use your gifts and talents to serve Jesus. Such is accounted unto you as a sacrifice needed to service your new altar. When you break an evil altar, you must of necessity erect a righteous altar. Only the Jesus that delivered you can preserve you.

VIII. Mark 11:8 And many spread their garments in the way: and others cut down branches off the trees, and strawed them in the way.  Lesson: When you allow Jesus sit on your life, men will of their own accord honour you with their precious substances.

Assignment: Watch the film, “The Keeper” by Femi Adebile (Available on Youtube).

Prophetic Decree: Any covenant keeping you bound in your village is broken, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. Jesus, the Lord of host, go ahead of me by your mercies and grant me COMPLETE foundational deliverance.

2. I go in the Spirit of the risen Christ to untie my destiny placed at the crossroad in my village, in Jesus name.

3. Congregation of witchcraft powers questioning my deliverance, scatter, in Jesus name.

4. Curses and evil legal tender binding me to my village, be broken by the Blood of Jesus.

5. I command the evil priest and the evil altar in any village shrine over my case to burn to ashes, in Jesus name.

THE QUIET DESTROYERS (1)

The Quiet Destroyers are otherwise known as Secret Sins That Ruin Destiny. Many destinies have not been destroyed by loud sins, but by quiet ones. The sins nobody sees. The ones people excuse. The ones hidden behind reputation, ministry, intelligence, or success. Yet heaven sees them clearly. The Bible says, “Be sure your sin will find you out” (Numbers 32:23). Secret sins do not remain secret forever. They slowly weaken the soul until a man who once carried promise begins to lose weight in the spirit...

THE DANGER OF SECRET SIN

Bro. Gbile Akanni once shared a sobering story that has stayed in my heart for many years. He spoke about an elderly evangelist whom God used mightily in the past. In those days there was no television, only radio. When this man of God preached, people would gather around their radios. Sometimes he would say, “Place your hand on the radio.”...
