…Continued from yesterday. 

4. Offence: This is one simple but powerful weapon of the devil that has kept many in the cycle of repeated problems. I beg of you, do away with offence, anger, unforgiveness, bitterness or resentment. It disconnects you from God’s grace. Offences must surely come (Luke 17:1). You must learn to die to self. Be sure that offences will surely come especially close to your deliverance or breakthrough. Above all, never pick an offence with a spiritual authority such as a man/woman of God, your benefactor, or your parents even if they are wrong. This is called honour. Learn to overlook. It will preserve your destiny and keep you from cycle of protracted long battles. Wisdom speaks!

5. Wrong habits: Friends, there are habits that will continue to invite the demon of affliction into people’s lives. Study your family pattern and the prevalent habits in your environment. What are habits that brought your ancestors to their knees? To your numerous prayers and fasting, you need a family habit inventory. Laziness, malice, offence, covetousness, talkativeness, anger, fornication, adultery, pornography, lust, masturbation, etc, will invite the familiar spirit in your ancestry, and consequently, the evil family pattern will continue. 

6. Deficit/Deficient mindset: ‘Men don’t go to the kitchen in my family’, “My mother never worked for a day, so I can’t’, ‘I can’t do certain type of job’, ‘We pray then wait until things change’, ‘I can solve my own problems without anybody’s help’, ‘What will be, will be’, etc., are some of the mindset that has kept many in the cycle of repeated problems. Many, who have been long delivered still need a mind surgery. Many have been delivered, but not liberated. No wonder they speak loud of their spiritual exploits/spiritual CV, but no corresponding results/exploits. Be transformed daily by the renewing of your mind (Romans 12:2).

Prophetic Decree: Today, every wrong habit and mindset that has kept you bound is broken, in Jesus name. 

Prayer Focus 

1. My Father, please deliver me from the spirit of offence, in Jesus name. 

2. I receive grace to overlook. I receive grace to be quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to respond, in Jesus name. 

3. Any habit in my life that is responsible for repeated cycle of problems in my home, career, or ministry, I rebuke you today, in Jesus name. 

4. Holy Ghost, re-engineer my thinking, in Jesus name.

5. I receive grace for a paradigm shift in my thoughts and actions, in Jesus name.
