Bible Reading: Psalm 68:1-2

There lived a woman. When her pregnancy reaches between 5-7 months, she sees a mad cow rush towards her in a dream and afterwards, she suffers a miscarriage. This happened more than three times. One day, her “compassionate neighbour” invited this woman to her church for a mid-week revival service. A word of knowledge came out from the mouth of the Man of God backed up with a very dangerous prayer point. The service ended and all departed.
As she slept that same night, this mad cow arose again charging towards her. Suddenly, she remembered the prayer of the Man of God. Any mad cow charging towards me, collide with the Rock of Ages and die, in Jesus name. Just before the cow could hit her, a mysterious Rock appeared, and its head got badly damaged. Early the following morning there was a knock on her door. Her friend’s head was bleeding. The Holy Spirit helped her to reconcile the mystery.
Who could have ever thought that the neighbour who invited her to Church was the same person in charge of her problems. Such mysteries happen in life. This is the mystery of cleverly concealed enemies. They sympathize with you while at the same time are harming you. They run errands for you, and at the same time backstab you. Some of them are eating from your table yet cursing the works of your hands. They are everywhere – in families, in the neighborhood, and worse still, in the Church. Was it not Cain that killed Abel his blood brother? The brothers of Joseph sold Joseph to slavery and concealed it for over 13 years.
What a mystery. The same person sympathizing with your family is the strongman of the family. The same person advising you not to move close to a particular person is the strong woman of your problem. The same person that came to care for your new born child is the one scheming to strip the child of his glory. Behold the mystery of unfriendly friends! How can your closest aunty be the arrow head of your financial misfortune? Who could have thought that a clergyman will be the same person at the crossroad issuing dangerous curses against another relative. With one hand he carries the Bible, with the other he ties an amulet. No wonder Jesus didn’t commit Himself unto all men because He knew them. Today, the Lord our God who is a mighty man in battle shall disappoint their evil devices so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise, in Jesus name. It is time to pray.

Prayer Focus
1. Thank you Father for revealing unto me this great mystery.
2. I receive divine sensitivity to watch and pray.
3. Open my inner eyes, O God. Let me see men as they truly are.
4. Holy Spirit, reveal to me men and women around me who are wolves in sheep clothings, in Jesus name.
5. Let the thunder of God scatter any demonic gadgets within and around me which my secret enemies are using to monitor my life, in Jesus name.
