SPIRITUAL FACTORS GOVERNING GENERATIONAL WEALTH

SPIRITUAL FACTORS GOVERNING GENERATIONAL WEALTH

Bible reading: Hag. 2:8, Psa. 50:10.

Memory verse: “Satisfy us early with thy mercy that we may rejoice all the days of our lives “Psalm 90:14

Many desire to get to the peak of their destiny; with lots of money to play around. Unfortunately, God does not respect mere wishful thinking. He respects Biblical principles. Principles are set rules, which when obeyed, generates the proven result. Biblical principles are sealed with a covenant. God cannot lie (Num. 23:19)

Covenant children don’t only look for promises to confess, they look for instructions to obey. To be wealthy in God, there are quite a number of spiritual factors involved.

  1. You must be a friend of God: that is, you must be born again (John 3:3).
  2.  Serve God willingly in His vineyard (Isa. 1:19, Deut.28:13).
  3.  Break the foundational altar of poverty in your father’s house (Jud. 6:25).
  4. Be a tither (Mal. 3:10-12).
  5. Pay your first fruit offering (Eze. 44:30, Rom. 11:16).
  6. Give your offering to God generously (2 Cor. 9:6).
  7. Give your offering to God cheerfully, not reluctantly (2 Cor. 9:7, NLT).
  8. Be a sower (Gen. 8:22).
  9. Connect to the grace of God upon your prophet (2Chro. 20:20).
  10.  Live a life of holiness (Heb. 12:14).
  11. Pray for the spirit of favour before God and man (Luk. 2:52).

Quote: The Spirit of God is the spirit of prosperity.

Prophetic decree: I curse the foundational spirit of poverty in your life in Jesus name.

Prayer Point:

  1. I connect to the blessings of the God of Abraham, in the name of Jesus.
  2. Spirit of prosperity, fall upon me, in the name of Jesus.
