Bible Reading: Genesis 48: 13-20

Memory VerseBut his father said, “Son, I know what I am doing. It’s true that Manasseh’s family will someday become a great nation. But Ephraim will be even greater than Manasseh, because his descendants will become many great nations.” Genesis 48:19 (CEV)

Do you know destiny can be substituted? O yes! There are many first born whose destinies have been substituted spiritually. The sceptre of leadership they should wield has been given to another child in the family. This is strange but true. Some first born because of their carelessness, gross ignorance or sheer foolishness are now at the mercy of other younger siblings begging money for food and to pay rents. What a paradox! Amazingly, they do so without recourse or shame.

Some have given up to fate. Friend, something is wrong somewhere. Psalm 49:20 (NKJV) says, “A man who is in honour, yet does not understand, Is like the beasts that perish.” The other day a first born was burning with fury. He said his younger siblings conducted the burial of their dead father without telling him.

They knew he had nothing to contribute, and telling him will cost the one who told him an extra cost to bring him to the village for the burial rites. Hence, they all kept closed lips. This is a serious issue. In this wicked world full of jealousy and envy. There are bitter family members who can see into the spirit realm and can divert the glory of other children born and unborn unto themselves or unto a particular child of theirs.

Such people don’t want the name and voice of other children to be louder than theirs. When Jacob had an encounter with the two sons of Joseph, he placed his right hand on the younger son Ephraim, and his left hand on the elder son Manasseh. By the authority God conferred on him as a Patriarch in the lineage, he successfully crossed their destinies saying the younger shall be greater than the elder.

One decree and it was sealed! That’s the power of spiritual authority, in this case, perhaps wrongly applied. There are many people God has destined to be great in various offices, departments and in the government whose glory has been spiritually substituted by the demonic strongmen of such establishment. Arise and forcefully take back what God has destined yours. Recovery is still possible no matter how terrible the evil the devil has done.

Quote:  If the devil has stolen from you, recovery is by force.

Prophetic Decree:  Glory assassins shall vomit your glory, in Jesus name.

THE QUIET DESTROYERS (1)

The Quiet Destroyers are otherwise known as Secret Sins That Ruin Destiny. Many destinies have not been destroyed by loud sins, but by quiet ones. The sins nobody sees. The ones people excuse. The ones hidden behind reputation, ministry, intelligence, or success. Yet heaven sees them clearly. The Bible says, “Be sure your sin will find you out” (Numbers 32:23). Secret sins do not remain secret forever. They slowly weaken the soul until a man who once carried promise begins to lose weight in the spirit...

THE DANGER OF SECRET SIN

Bro. Gbile Akanni once shared a sobering story that has stayed in my heart for many years. He spoke about an elderly evangelist whom God used mightily in the past. In those days there was no television, only radio. When this man of God preached, people would gather around their radios. Sometimes he would say, “Place your hand on the radio.”...

Many people understand the idea of investing. You put time, money, or effort into something today because you expect a greater return tomorrow. Farmers invest seeds into the soil. Business people invest money into opportunities. Students invest time into studying...
