Who could ever believe that it was the will of God for Jesus to be stripped naked? Would you ever believe that Jesus who was mighty in power and glory will ever be spat upon by carnal men? They told him, “Deliver yourself, O great deliverer”. He was beaten. He was ridiculed. He was troubled by the men He created. It is strange what the PERFECT WILL of God looks like in the beginning. Many times, it won’t be your spec. It will take only a person lost in His will, and dead to his own will to follow through. Many times, the path to the perfect will of God for you will be painful. People will call you all sorts of names.
It is a path of shame and ridicule. Your spouse may not understand you. Your parents may think you are a wasted investment. Your friends may desert you. Many days and especially at nights, you will be lonely. You have other options but you are striving hard to secure only God’s perfect will. However, know for sure that you may be lonely in such seasons but you are not alone. You are under His everlasting arms. He that watches over Israel neither slumber nor sleep. Such seasons must come as a testament. Such seasons must come as a practical proof of your own convictions.
Such season must come as a mark you must bear on your own body. Please hold on. 1 Corinthians 2:8 (NASB) says, “The wisdom which none of the rulers of this age has understood; for if they had understood it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.” It is not all about our pain that is painful. Some pains have come to only proof us. In the end, Jesus was crowned the King of kings and the Lord of lords. He was given a name far above every other name. Today, he is seated at the right hand of God. Dear friend, the testimony you are waiting for may not come without a test.
Messages are borne out of many “messes” a man passes through. We gain nothing in this kingdom until we are ready to lose something. Hold on to His perfect will. Help is on the way. You will soon move on to the next chapter of your life. Time and chance happens to them all. Conquerors today were soldiers in the field yesterday. There is a price for the prize you desire. Help is on the way. #GreaterGlory. #The pain of staying in God’s perfect far outweighs the ephemeral contentment of a man’s own will.

Prayer Focus
1. Thank you Jesus for You are committed to see me till the end.
2. My heart shall not faint and my feet shall not go weary until I inherit my crown of glory, in Jesus name.
3. Strengthen my heart Lord to wait on You till the end, in Jesus name.
4. Holy Spirit, please help me to stay in your perfect will for my life, in Jesus name.
5. I break every evil covenant with the spirit of failure, in Jesus name.
