Divine favour is being singled out by God for special treatment. It is at His exclusive and unquestionable bidding and pleasure. It means for God to intervene in the affairs of humanity against all contrary odds. For a man who is favoured, the natural laws and normal course of events are altered, cancelled or suspended for such. You will either be pulled out of the line or your line will become unique and different from others. You will either standout or be outstanding. Some certain testimonies are too strange to be true because they are simply powered by the supernatural.
1. A lady came to meet her Pastor. She asserted firmly: God told me if you will pray for me, I will get my visa. The Pastor had no choice than to pray for her. She appeared at the embassy absolutely unprepared with no convincing supporting documents. She was only standing on the word of knowledge as given by God through her Man of God. The visa officer found her strange. She kept saying, “My Man of God prophesied that I will get the visa”. The visa officer took her to be a psychiatric patient needing a lot of specialized medical attention and granted her the visa. Strange acts of God powered by favour.
2. A Class 6 drop out came to leave with his uncle in Lagos. His Uncle, who doesn’t pray or attend any Church has been living in Lagos, Nigeria for 35 years, still in a rented apartment. This prayerful brother came to work just after Christmas. He greeted his boss who told him to see him in his office. His boss asked him if he gave him any gift for Christmas. He said No. He wanted to give him some money, but changed his mind suddenly as he handed over a house key and a house address unto him. His Uncle who didn’t believe this strange act of God powered by high favour nearly collapsed when he saw the house with his eyes, and stepped there with his feet. He accused God of being partial. That’s not all. On getting back to the office to thank his boss, he handed over a complete settee to him.
