TESTIMONIALS ABOUT FORGIVENESS (3)

Bible Reading:  Mark 11: 25-26

Memory Verse:  Whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him [drop the issue, let it go], so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions and wrongdoings [against Him and others]. Mark 11:25 (AMP)

…Continued from yesterday.

7. Pastor Sam Adeyemi went through a tough time in the early days of his ministry. Some people were spreading false news about him. Then he came across God’s servant, Bishop Oyedepo, who challenged him, “You must never allow bitterness in your heart against them, or you will close the heaven over your destiny”. That was a strong challenge, he recalled. The Bishop further said, “I have decided to operate by the law of advanced forgiveness.” “Advanced forgiveness, do you know what that means?”, he asked rhetorically. He explained, “I have decided to forgive people ahead before they ever hurt me”, he concluded.  Advanced Forgiveness! That’s a strong mental programming. It affords you perpetual and enduring peace of mind, unconditional love, sound mind, and constant open heaven.

8. A Pastor was having problems with the growth of his Church. Then, he called a Pastor friend for a special ministration. The Spirit of the Lord led the guest minister to preach on healing. Unknowingly, two of the elders in the Church were in deep animosity. The power of God convicted them, they hugged each other openly, cried, and forgave each other. Many were saved in the meeting, and a new wave of revival burst forth. Indeed, unforgiveness is one of those foxes capable of blocking the heavens of many a life and ministry. Unity brings about oneness. The unity of the brethren releases Oil of progress.

9. A woman got connected to a man of God who carried the grace for foundational deliverance. As he began to travail over her family, the Lord showed him deeply concealed secrets. However, he had a very strong warning from the Lord to this woman, “I know your husband has deeply hurt you. Please find a place in your heart to forgive him. He was manipulated”. Until then, our prayer adventure will be futile. Indeed, we all need a daily renewal of the Oil of forgiveness for daily living.

Quote: Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”” Jesus’ prayer for forgiveness on the cross demonstrates the importance of forgiveness, even for those who have wronged us – Luke 23:34

Prophetic Decree: Receive supernatural grace that heals pain and grief, and forgives others in advance, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

God of forgiveness, I come before your throne of grace, remembering how much you forgave me at the cross, and the high price you paid. As you have forgiven me, help me to forgive. I want to live with an open heart, unoffended, free from bitterness, and flowing with grace. Lord, I choose to forgive all who have hurt me. I release the bitterness and anger knowing that forgiveness is a gift I give to myself as well. Help me to find understanding and compassion. May Your love guide me towards reconciliation and healing. Grant me the wisdom to rebuild friendship with love and trust, in Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
