Memory Verse: For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. 2 Peter 1:21 (NIV)
For 10 years, a Pastor had only 30 members. 17 out of the remaining members left after a dispute. He went for a mentorship program and a word of prophecy came from a man of God: Within 14 days, your life will change. In a revelation at night, he saw the man of God who gave the prophecy hand him over to his own spiritual father. His heart was strengthened when he woke up. Since he had only few members left, he decided to organize an open air crusade. As he was preaching on one of those days, a woman who had been mad for 29 years came by, and he was led to pray for her. His heart shook. “What if she didn’t receive her healing?”, he thought to himself. Then he remembered the words of his mentor: “I am not the one that made the blind to be blind.
I only want to help when I pray for such. I am not the one that made the deaf to be deaf. I only want to help when I pray”. Soon, he was intoxicated with fresh fire. He laid his hands on the mad woman, and instantly she received her healing. Brethren, in less than one month, this pastor had over a thousand member. That’s the power of prophecy. Prophecy provokes men and women, situations, circumstances, living and non-living things to come together to favour you. Prophecy goes into your future and gives it a befitting colouration accordingly as spoken from the mouth of God through his servant. Words are instrument of power, creation and construction.
With God’s Words, He framed the World. Words carry energy. There are no idle words. Words spoken under divine or satanic anointing has in it a potential to provoke a change. Hence, anytime you are privilege to be in an “anoint-mosphere” where the power of God is present, grab every word spoken by your man of God and run with it. Your attitude towards such words of prophecy will determine the extent and speed of actualization in your life. Isaiah 44:26a (NKJV), “Who confirms the word of His servant, And performs the counsel of His messengers”.
Furthermore, you must learn to personally prophesy upon your life and family. You are your own number one prophet. Don’t relinquish the authority of your life alone to your Pastor. Take time to speak Spirit-filled words upon your head, your family, your situation and your environment.
Finally, “Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.” 1 John 4:1 (NIV).

Prophetic Decree: I command all the words of prophecy hovering over your head to hastily turn to testimonies, in Jesus name.
Prayer Focus
1. Power of delayed testimony, break, in Jesus name.
2. Any man or woman privy of the prophecy written concerning me, and working against it, die by fire, in Jesus name.
3. Powers spying the volume of books written concerning me, be wasted, in Jesus name.
4. I come in the volume of books written concerning me to do thy will, O Lord, in Jesus name.
5. My seeds are blessed. My generation is favored. My destiny shall manifest. All these I prophesy, in Jesus mighty name.
