Bible Reading: Ezekiel 11: 3; 11

Memory Verse: This city shall not be your cauldron, nor shall you be the meat in the midst of it. I will judge you at the border of Israel. Ezekiel 11:11 (ESV)

Can you compare the thinking pattern of children who grew up in highbrow areas to children who grew up in rural areas? Usually, it is a world apart. From their intonation and accent, you can predict the environment they come from. Reality fact: The environment you find yourself could determine how far you will travel and how far your star will shine. This is a bitter truth. Perhaps that was one reason why God had to tell Abraham to leave his father’s house to an unknown place He will show him. His nativity – the Ur of Chadees is one place most notorious for idolatry. Contending with the powers of that land could perhaps drain his spiritual strength and further prolong his destiny journey. God’s ways are perfect and at the same time mysterious. You must learn to obey even when it makes no sense.

Scientists once performed an experiment. They wondered why onions causes the eyes to be teary when peeled. They soon discovered that it was the environment (the ground) such onions are planted. It contained sulphur. So, they simply planted some other onions in an environment (on a ground) free from sulphur. Guess what? They got sweet edible onions free from teary property. What a wonder! Similarly, the environment any man finds himself will shape character and personalities. 

I don’t like to say this, but it is true. If footballers such as Didier Drogbo, Kanu Nwankawo, Michael Essien, etc., had continue to play football within the shores of their country, they probably wouldn’t have been too famous and wealthy. The international opportunity they had playing outside their country brought them great fortune and blessed their destiny. This is one reason we must continue to pray for Africa. Our personal prosperity a times may be affected by our collective prosperity. Environment! Your environment could determine how far you will travel in destiny.

Prophetic Decree: Receive a divine translocation to your desired place in destiny, in Jesus’ name.

Prayer Focus

1. I command a divine relocation of that is what will move my life forward, in Jesus’ name.

2. O Lord, move me from where I am to where you want me to be, in Jesus’ name.

3. I command the spiritual and physical obituary of all the forces tying me down from moving into my Canaan, in Jesus’ name.

4. Father Lord, do only what you can do in my life. Move me forward by fire.

5. This land shall not be a cauldron unto me, in Jesus’ name.

6. I spray spiritual insecticide on all Beelzebub spirits in this environment, in Jesus’ name.
