THE ROLE OF OTHER LEADERS IN NATIONAL TRANSFORMATION.

THE ROLE OF OTHER LEADERS IN NATIONAL TRANSFORMATION.

DWOJ Daily Words of Jesus Devotional Post December

Thursday, 1st December, 2016.

Bible reading:               Esther 4: 13-14.

Memory Verse: “For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”Esther 4:14 (NKJV)

Are you a School prefect? Don’t take it for granted. Initiate transforming programmes that will benefit your school and its environment.

Esther, a Jew wasn’t made a queen by chance. She was strategically placed for the deliverance of the Jews. Apostle Peter is a prototype of a class captain of 12 students in the three and a half discipleship school of Jesus.

For example, the prefects under a monitoring staff could go out every last Friday of the month to care for the old people in the neighbourhood – wash their clothes, sweep their compound, and share the Word of God etc.

All the class captains of a particular school could unanimously decide to encourage their class mates to pay a token amount and consequently, take it to the motherless babies home.

Nothing is too big or too small to do towards a better nation.

How are you using your position to cause a transformation?

Action Word:  Use your platform to cause a positive change.

Prayer points:

1) My Father and my Lord, help me to know the reason for my uplifting, in the name of Jesus.

2) I’ll not waste God’s resources over my life, in Jesus name.
