Bible Reading: Micah 1:3-4
Memory Verse: Oh, that You would rend the heavens and come down, That the mountains might quake at Your presence. Isaiah 64:1 (NIV)
Mountain talks about challenges e.g., financial challenges, health challenges, accommodation challenge, school admission challenge, academic challenge, etc. Don’t forget: The strategy to be deployed to surmount a mountain is determined by God, and not you. He is the captain of the host, follow as directed. God could decide to do any of the following to your mountains:
1. Clear it off: God could decide to deploy the caterpillar of heaven and level the mountain before you. Zechariah 4:7 (BSB), “What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain. Then he will bring forth the capstone accompanied by shouts of ‘Grace, grace to it!’
2. Bore a hole through your mountain: Many times, God deploy this method when he wants to teach your hands to war, and your finger to do battle. Psalm 144:1 (NKJV), “Blessed be the LORD my Rock, who trains my hands for war, And my fingers for battle”. As you engage the ministry of prayers and fasting, the Lord will arise and make a way through the mountain. What a God we serve!
3. Meander around the mountain: Sometimes the Lord in His prerogative will do nothing to the mountain but will create an alternative pathway outside the mountain. For example, this is what happens when the Lord came through for you through an alternative source when your bosom friend dashed your hope. Either way, you meandre around your financial mountain by the covenant of mercy.
4. Climb on the mountain: Have you ever seen mountain climbers? Psalm 18:29 (NKJV), “For by You I can run against a troop, By my God I can leap over a wall.” The mountain of problems confronting your fruitfulness may be a course you must pass before you crossover (climb over) to the other side of fruitfulness, and equally well able to administer such. Keep climbing with God with a learning heart.
5. Mount with wings like Eagles over the mountain: After the order of Elijah in 1 Kings 18:46, the right hand of the Lord could carry you on His wings over to the other side of the mountain. He is a God of miracles. Be sure you won’t be able to say how some mountain problem fizzled out in your life.

Prophetic Decree: Your mountain shall be converted to steppingstones unto greater heights, in Jesus name.
Prayer Focus
1. I receive the anointing to convert my mountains to steppingstones to higher ground, in Jesus name.
2. My financial mountain melt like wax at the voice of the living God, in Jesus name (Psalm 97:5).
3. Mountain of ill-health, scatter by fire, in Jesus name.
4. O Lord, make a way for me when there seems to be no way, in Jesus name.
5. Mountain of impossibility, disappear before the king of glory, in Jesus name.
6. Let a spiritual earthquake shake the foundation of my mountains, in Jesus name (Psalm 18:7).
7. Mountain of lack of progress, quake at the presence of the Lord, in Jesus name (Judges 5:5).
