In Ministry: Charles Wesley was born in 1707. Archbishop Benson Idahosa was born in 1938. Apostle Babalola was born in 1904. Kenneth E. Hagin was born in 1917. These four men are long dead, but their names have refused to die. They poured their lives to kingdom service, and generations born and yet unborn still rever them. They discovered their destinies and followed it through till their last breath on earth.

In Politics and Ministry: Timothy Baron was  UK Anglican priest and politician; the first member of the House of Lords to sit as a member of the Green Party. E.W. Jackson was a Lawyer and Baptist Minister and bishop; a candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Virginia. Ernesto Cardenal was a former Minister for Culture for Nicaragua and Catholic priest.

In Sports: Michael Jordan (Basketball), Muhammad Ali (Boxing), Usain Bolt (Track event), Serena Williams (Lawn Tennis), Lionel Messi (Football). All these people are making impact in sports.

In Academics: Albert Einstein, Marie Curie, Alexander Graham Bell, Neil Armstrong, Toni Morrison are names of some of the forerunners who contributed immensely to the field of science and academics.

Now, to you:  I challenge you to take a deep look at your life as the year runs to an end.  Check if you have discovered your sphere of influence. Are you continously evolving? Where has God called you to stay and shine as light? Are you using your achievements to populate the kingdom of God?

6. In Year 2024, I shall not swim in the wrong ocean, in Jesus name.

7. If I am doing the wrong thing, O Lord, please redirect my steps, in Jesus name.
