Bible Reading:  Job 32:8

Memory Verse:  But there is a spirit in mortals; and the inspiration of the Almighty is that which teaches. Job 32:8 (BST)

Ideas and innovation comes from God. They are often fruits of divine encounter and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Blessed are you if you are divine inspired. One thing is sure, you cannot be stranded in life, and there is always a new version of you and your works. The dictionary describes idea as a thought or suggestion as to a possible course of action. Meta CEO said: Ideas don’t come out fully formed.  They only become clear as you work on them.

You just have to get started. If I have to know everything about connecting people before I got started, I never would have built Facebook.  I remember that night I launched Facebook from that little dorm on Kirkland house, I went to Noakes with my friend KX, and I remember telling him clearly that I was excited to help connect the Harvard community, but one day, someone will connect the whole world. It never occurred to me that that someone might just be us because we were just college kids. We didn’t know anything about that.

There were great and big technology companies with massive resources and I just thought one of them would do it. But one idea was so clear to us that all people wants to connect, so we just kept working on it day after day. There is a change in the world that seems so clear that you are sure that someone else is going to do it, but they are not, you will.” Once you are sure God has given you an idea, immediately start off. Only ideas well executed do men clap for. Another way idea comes to man is through books. “Read absolutely everything you get your hands on because you’ll never know where you’ll get an idea from” – Malcolm X.

On the other hand, innovation is defined as the process of bringing about new ideas, methods, products, services, or solutions that have a significant positive impact and value. It involves transforming creative concepts into tangible outcomes that improve efficiency, and effectiveness, or address unmet needs. Tareela Okene is an example of this. She has carved a niche for herself in the cake business. She has been able to do common things in an uncommon way. This is the whole essence of innovation.  She is the owner of Dripples Cakes. Imagine lion-like cake, throne-like cake, police shirt-like cake, toy cake for birthday celebration for children, bead cake, bag cake, picture cake, etc. Receive grace to do the common things of life in an uncommon way thereby creating a room for the showcasing of the excellency of your gifts all to the glory of God, in Jesus name.

Quote:  Everything begins with an idea – Earl Nightingale

Prophetic Decree: Let the channels of your spirit open up for divine ideas and innovation, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. Any clog in the wheel of my spiritual sensitivity, clear away by fire, in Jesus name

2. Demonic interference in my spiritual connectivity, catch fire, in Jesus name.

3. Holy Spirit, please baptise my heart with divine ideas and innovation needed to move my life forward, in Jesus name.

4. I receive grace to identify, trap, distillate, maximise and deploy the ideas and innovation sponsored by the Spirit of God upon my heart, in Jesus name.

5. O God, please show me the project of my prosperity, help me to pursue it, and give me destiny helpers whose will you have conquered, in Jesus name.
