Memory Verse: They said to one another, “Here comes this dreamer! Now then, come and let’s kill him, and throw him into one of the pits; and we will say, ‘A vicious animal devoured him.’ Then we will see what will become of his dreams!” Genesis 37: 19-20 (NASB)
God can reveal His plans and purpose for your life and show you the picture of your future. However, the fact that you have seen the picture of your future does not really mean that you will automatically feature in that future that you have “pictured”. You have to run with the vision. On your journey to your lofty dreams, the devil could plant some categories of people. They are vision killers and vision haters. Amongst such include:
9. Wrong association: God couldn’t give Abram a new vision until Lot departed from his life (Genesis 13:14). Similarly, until Jonah was thrown out of the boat, there was turbulence in the sea (Jonah 1: 11-15). Surely, the presence of one wrong Achan in your camp could cause a whole nation to fall flat before the small nation of Ai (Joshua 7:1-26). Friendship is not by force, but by choice. There are friends you should bid goodbye this year. There are friends you should keep at arm’s length (far away from you). Association determines destination. “Don’t fool yourselves. Bad friends will destroy you.” 1 Corinthians 15:33 (CEV).
10. Household witchcraft: Save grace, Joseph’s dreams (visions) could have been aborted by his own brothers (Genesis 37:12-36). Joseph brothers said, “Let us see what becomes of his dreams” (vs 20). Abel’s destiny and life vision was cut short by his own blood brother, Cain. Indeed, wickedness had long being on the earth! Stop household witchcraft before they stop you.
11. Family limitations: Be aggressive in your spirit against family limitation. What stopped people in your lineage must not stop you. Address evil foundational curses and evil covenant, evil flows, evil inheritances, evil decrees, activities of strongmen and strongwomen, demonic promissory notes, etc. hidden in your family bloodline.
12. Territorial forces: Every tribe, community, nation, and continent have principalities fighting against the visions and purpose of her inhabitants.
Finally, herald the battle cry! Arise and fight for your purpose and divine vision. Take the battle to the gate of the enemy. Our victory is certain through Christ, our Lord.
Quote: No conquest, no dominion.
Prophetic Decree: Vision killers of your family house shall eat their own flesh and drink their own blood, in Jesus name.
Prayer Focus
1. In this Year 2025, my Joseph’s dreams must manifest by fire, in Jesus name.
2. Forces of the earth contending with my destiny vision, be buried by the earth this year, in Jesus name.
3. I blot out by the power in the Blood of Jesus every investment of the occult powers of my father’s house over my destiny, in Jesus name.
4. Household witchcraft, drink your own blood and eat your own flesh in Year 2025, in Jesus name.
5. Altar of vision impossibility of my father’s house, catch fire, in Jesus name.
