Bible Reading: Psalm 55: 16-19
Memory Verse: Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me. Psalm 50:15 (NKJV)
Don’t shy away from it beloved. There are battles and there are battles. There will be moments in your life that are pretty challenging. In such days, it seems as if the devil has vowed to be your guardian angel. Perhaps a breakthrough is coming, perhaps you are at the verge of a new season, perhaps your long awaited miracle is by the corner, either way, such days must come. Nobody moves forward without a spiritual fight. What do you do in such situations?
- Pray for the Mercy of God: Romans 9:15 (NLT) says, “For God said to Moses, “I will show mercy to anyone I choose, and I will show compassion to anyone I choose.” I know you can pray and fast, but you had better ask for mercy. Isaiah 40:30 -31 says, “Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
- Pray for divine direction, instruction and strategy: Tell God to show you the root of such problems and strategies on how to come out of such problems. Dear brethren, you will be surprised that one divine instruction will scatter the entire garrison of the enemies round about you. Walk by divine instructions. No two spiritual battle is exactly the same. The God who told Joshua to march round the wall of Jericho in Joshua 6:1-21 was the same God that told him to tell the Priest that bear the ark to enter into the water with the soles of their feet (Joshua 3:13). Same God, different strategies per time. Don’t just pray scattered prayers.
- Raise a battle seed: A tearful seed as directed by the Holy Ghost to specific grace may be another way to provoke the heavenlies. King Mesha of Moab in 2 King 3:27 sacrificed his eldest son, the battle against him subsided despite the prophecy hanging over Israel. Even demonic people understand the power of sacrifice. The way of spirits is the way of sacrifice. The deeper the sacrifice the faster the turnaround. What a mystery. What must you sacrifice unto God that will discomfit the host of enemies gathered against you?
4. Come under a prophetic grace: You will need your Man of God at such seasons. One will chase a thousand, two will put ten thousand to flight (Deut. 32:30). Stir up the grace of God upon His life at such seasons.
Quote: With God, the numbers of your enemies don’t count. Only do as instructed.
Prophetic Decree: Today that die hard strongman shall receive the stone of death, in Jesus name.
Prayer Focus
1. Arise O God, and let my enemies be scattered.
2. I receive grace for divine direction and precision, in Jesus name.
3. O Lord arise, scatter the enemies that are round about me, in Jesus name.
4. Let the enemies of my enemies rise against my enemies, in Jesus name.
5. The key to my total deliverance, I receive it today, in Jesus name.
6. I receive spiritual intelligence to outsmart my hardcore enemies, in Jesus name.
