Bible Reading: Psalm 34:15 – 22
Memory Verse: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. Psalm 34:19 (NHEB)
Shall we continue from where we stopped yesterday on what to do when you get to do junction called frustration. 3. Prophetic sacrifice: A mentor once said, “After praying, I sow a seed. But when I am in a fix (such as the junction of frustration), I raise an altar of sacrifice. Your progress is tied to the prophetic (2 Chron. 20:20). Raise a tearful sacrifice (Psalm 126:6).
4. Word Bullets: Speak to the mountains of Zerubbabel holding you down by confessing God’s word.
5. Stay close to your prophet: You may have many mentors, but you can only have one father. Who is your spiritual father? All the problems of life are at the mercy of the anointing that confronts it. The higher the anointing, the easier and faster the solution appears (Psalm 18:44).
6. Raise the midnight altar: The Bible says the night reveals mysteries (Psalm 19:2). Night prayers work wonders.
7. Provoke the covenant: You need to be a covenant partner with God. Are you in one way or the other connected to the service of God in your Church, or with a ministry? This is the time for you to remind God of His covenant after the order of king Hezekiah (Isaiah 38:1-9).
8. Raise an altar of praise: You have heard of prayer vigil, but have you heard of Word vigil (where you confess God’s word back to Him) at night? What about Praise and dance vigil (where you sing and dance prophetically into your progress) as Paul and Silas did when they were in the prison of life at midnight? (Acts 16:25-26).
9. Kingdom Service: If you will choose to work for God despite your frustrations, your problems shall surely fade off with relative ease. Expect a prophetic instruction. Commit yourself to winning souls for God at all times.

5. Strongman of my father’s house holding me down in Kardeshbania, somersault and die, in Jesus name.
