Bible Reading: 2 Timothy 1:7

Memory Verse:  And the Spirit of the LORD will rest on him— the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the LORD. Isaiah 11:2 (NLT)

Be blessed:

1. On fear: FEAR has two meanings. “Forget Everything And Run” or “Face Everything And Rise”. The choice is yours.

2. On legacy: Legacy is a story about you that is yet to be written, but for which you hold the pen – Juliet Funt.

3. On being better: My goal is not to be better than anyone else but to be better than I used to be — Wayne Dyer

4. On commitment: Don’t let what you got by your commitment to God and purpose, keep you from further commitment to God and purpose. Keep growing in your commitment.

5. On anger: Anger is the cancer of most leaders. You can abort destinies using justifiable anger.

6. On enticing offers: When the devil wants you to abandon what God has placed in your care, he looks for legitimate offers enticing enough to distract you – From the movie, Abattoir Season 4 , Episode 2.

7. On serving God: We don’t serve God because of our needs but there are things we have been designed to receive as we serve Him.

8. On mistakes: Never mistake knowledge for wisdom. One helps you make a living; the other helps you make a life – Sandra Carey.

9. On solving problems: Problems often become worse if incompetent people try to solve them ― Eraldo Banovac.

10. On sincerity:  If your life doesn’t match what comes from your heart, your life us a lie.

11. On intimacy: We claim to love the bridegroom but we only love activities surrounding Him. Really, we don’t love Him. His presence has not become valuable to us such that anything that fights our intimacy with Him, we treat as an enemy.

12. On prayer: Prayer itself can become an idol such that we elevate the length of prayer more than what prayer itself is. Prayer is not a successful exercise because you prayed long. It is a successful enterprise because of what happened to you when you prayed. Nevertheless, there is a place for long prayers prayed with understanding.

13. On the greatest failure: The greatest failure in life is being successful in the wrong assignment – Dr. Myles Munroe

14. On personal library: Your library is an altar where future is created – Dr David Oyedepo

Prophetic Decree:  Receive grace to keep increasing in wisdom, in Jesus name.

THE QUIET DESTROYERS (2)

One of the greatest dangers in the life of a believer is not the sins everyone can see, but the ones that hide quietly in the heart. These sins rarely attract attention, yet they slowly drain spiritual strength and weaken a man’s destiny. Hebrews 12:1 says, “Let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles”...

THE QUIET DESTROYERS (1)

The Quiet Destroyers are otherwise known as Secret Sins That Ruin Destiny. Many destinies have not been destroyed by loud sins, but by quiet ones. The sins nobody sees. The ones people excuse. The ones hidden behind reputation, ministry, intelligence, or success. Yet heaven sees them clearly. The Bible says, “Be sure your sin will find you out” (Numbers 32:23). Secret sins do not remain secret forever. They slowly weaken the soul until a man who once carried promise begins to lose weight in the spirit...

THE DANGER OF SECRET SIN

Bro. Gbile Akanni once shared a sobering story that has stayed in my heart for many years. He spoke about an elderly evangelist whom God used mightily in the past. In those days there was no television, only radio. When this man of God preached, people would gather around their radios. Sometimes he would say, “Place your hand on the radio.”...
