Bible Reading:  Luke 14:33-35

Memory Verse:  “Salt is good, but if the salt loses its flavour, how will you season it? Have salt in yourselves and have peace with one another. Mark 9:50(NKJV)

A world changer is someone who sees a need in his world and position himself by the power of God to meet the need. Many see & talk about the challenges of our days but only few stand up to do something about it.

Myriad of problems run across the entire surface of the earth. Poverty, militancy, crime, communal clashes, fuel scarcity, sexual perversion, terrorism, environmental degradation, spiritual bondage etc. Hence the question: Who shall deliver us from this all?

The glory of a youth is in his strength. God is in need of young men and women who are well trained in their chosen field with a personal encounter of Him. Could it be you?

Are you tired of seeing poverty in your world and desire for a change? Go ahead with that dream and fan it to expression. This, of course, could re-define your course of study in the University.

The poverty ravaging the world and Africa in particular needs urgent attention. Agriculture is a tool for Evangelism. Wouldn’t you listen to a man who puts food on your table?

Think about this. You’re a trained farmer either as an Agricultural Scientist, or as a vocation, a business or in anyway possible. You decide to farm in a particular local government in your country on a large scale. First, you provide employment for the people in that area. Again, reach out to the people bringing them to Jesus Christ. In the process of time as God enlarges your business, the smart but less privileged children in that area could be given scholarship. This is a true example of a world changer.

Key Point: A World Changer Is Not Only A Philanthropist But A Messenger Of Christ.

Prayer Point

  1. Holy Spirit, mould me into your plan and purpose for my life in Jesus name.

I receive grace to use my education profitable to the glory of God in this world, in Jesus name.
