Bible Reading: Matthew 13: 1-9, 20-22

Memory Verse: “Now he who received seed among the thorns is he who hears the word, and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful. Matthew 13: 22 (NKJV)

The Lord is not done with us on this subject of the parable of the sower. Read and be blessed.

If you like too much of the pleasures of life, you will not have the Word of God dwell richly in your heart. There is something known as the “deceitfulness of riches” vs 22. Beware, wealth could be deceitful! The love of the world will choke the life of the Word out of your heart. You cannot be given to the things of this World and be in alliance with the Word. Why are you so bothered using a jeep at age 17? Why the craze of being a super star? Why must you compete with other friends to watch the latest film from Box office. All these things do the Gentiles seek after. Come up hither! Concentrate on the Word. Let Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom. Encounter Him personally.

A word for this generation of teenagers and youth: Your prosperity does not only come cheaply in the place of your destiny; it also comes with great fulfillment. Go for destiny. Go for that which is written concerning you by God before you were formed in your mother’s womb.

Quote:  Never you sit on the chair of vanity because it will soon collapse.

Prophetic Word: I command the fire of God to roast every worldliness out of your heart, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus:

  1. Territorial principality in my environment, fall down and die, in Jesus name.
  2. I cut off every son of Belial assigned against my destiny, in Jesus name.
  3. I cut off every Jezebel assigned against my Ahab, in Jesus name.
  4. Super Blood of Jesus flush my heart away from all ungodliness, in Jesus name.
  5. I attract by fire every Jonathan of my David, in Jesus name
