Bible Reading: Exodus 28:2, 1 Peter 3:3

Memory VerseBut you must be careful so that your freedom does not cause others with a weaker conscience to stumble2 Corinthians 8:9 (NLT)

Show me how you dress and I will tell you how you will be addressed. That’s the fundamental law in dressing. You can’t see a per son dressed as a lawyer and mistake him for a Doctor. Moses, a self confessed Hebrew dressed like an Egyptian and he was addressed as such even though he was an Israelite. What you wear speak first before what you say with your mouth. The other day, a bus conductor openly assaulted a lady in broad day light because of how she dressed.

The lady wanted to react but he shut her down. Question: Were there no other ladies in the bus station? Of course there were, but he dare not do that. Live out what you profess, dear sister. As a rule of thumb, there are videos I don’t watch on the social media once I see their caption. I have learnt, and I am learning to guard my heart with all diligence (Proverbs 4:23).

But, I keep wondering if some ladies have no other thing to offer their generation other than their boobs and butts. Forgive me if I am too blunt. What’s wrong with this generation? Amidst global problems looking for solutions, your own contribution is your sensitive body parts offered freely to the delight of the world, worst still, published free of charge on the social media.

Friend, you may not have a second chance to make the first impression. Many of us need a “Wardrobe revival”. What do I mean? A time to consciously and deliberately burn all the clothes that can make a brother fall in your wardrobe. Many may end in hell not because of a direct sin but because of an indirect sin such as we are talking about. They allowed the devil to use them as a conduit of lust to their fellow brethren. Repent and be restored.

Quote: Dresses are conveyors of spirit unto righteousness or unrighteousness.

Prophetic Decree: Receive wisdom and self-control, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. Lord, please forgive me for making my brother sin.

2. O Lord, rain down your revival fire upon this generation, in Jesus name.

3. Spirit of conviction and conversion, envelop our hearts, in Jesus name.

4. We come against the spirit of Jezebel working to pull others down, in Jesus name.

5. My life shall only mirror Christ to my generation, in Jesus name.

BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: Matthew 27, Mark 15
