Bible Reading: 1 Corinthians 6:18-20

Memory VerseIt is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-4 (NIV)

It was Mr Chidomere Ndubuisi who said: I went to Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), Nigeria. Spent years on that campus. But I can stand today and say boldly that I never had a girlfriend in FUTO and that I never slept with any girl while I was there. This is not because I wasn’t interested in girls or because temptation didn’t come. It was because at that young age, I had a deeper fear of wasting my future chasing temporary pleasure.

Now let’s talk like brothers. No judgment. Just truth. If we gather 10,000 Nigerian youths in a room today and ask them what’s silently ruining and draining their focus, their finances, and their values. You will see that it’s not village people. It’s lust and social media. Yeah, I said it.

Lust is a leaking pipe. And if you don’t fix it early, it will silently drain your destiny. I have seen it destroy a lot of potentials quietly. So many brilliant, talented, and gifted young people are not destroyed by poverty, or lack of opportunities, but by lack of self-control. They couldn’t control their urges.

They lose focus for one wrong call or DM, one night of pleasure and they lose discipline for one fine girl that scatters their mind. They leak their destiny every time they entertain lustful emotions with their girlfriends.

The painful thing is that it doesn’t show immediately. It’s a slow, silent drain. By the time they realise what they have lost, time, peace, mental sharpness, energy, future, etc., are already very expensive to recover.

You see, when I was in school, I had big dreams. Dreams of building businesses, dreams of becoming a great leader and making a difference in my community. I knew that if I didn’t protect my mind, my time, and my energy, I would be another guy with “potential” who wasted it on emotions he couldn’t control.

I usually feel odd when my friends are boasting about how many girls they have slept with and me, am focused on building my mind. But today, I thank God I made that choice.

My young People, hear me now, sexual discipline is not only about morality but look at it as being disciplined in protecting your greatness and keeping your mind sharp for your real assignment. Your future is too expensive to be mortgaged on a moment of uncontrolled emotions and lust.

I am not a saint and I am not perfect. But I am a proof that you can choose your future over your feelings. So, choose yours wisely because the world is waiting for your greatness to count and not your body count. I am the Billionaire Mechanic, I am telling you that focus is more sexy and purity is more powerful. Tell me what you think about this. What are you sacrificing today to have in abundance in future?

Quote:  Sexual discipline goes beyond morality. It is being disciplined in protecting your greatness and keeping your mind sharp for your real assignment.

Prophetic Decree: I break the authority of any altar manipulating your mind, controlling your emotions and body, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. Holy Father, I thank You.

2. I receive abundance of grace to live a sexually pure life, in Jesus name.

3. I break the grip of lust and social media in my heart, in Jesus name.

4. I refuse to be destroyed by lack of self-control, in Jesus name.

5. I receive the spiritual intelligence to know that my future is too expensive to be mortgaged on a moment of uncontrolled pleasure, in Jesus name.

THREE THINGS YOU MUST CONQUER

Life is not just about what you achieve, it’s about what you master. Before God can trust you with influence, impact, or increase, He watches how well you can govern yourself. It was Apostle Arome Osayi who said: "The first thing that a young adult must be exposed to is mastery over appetite...
