Bible Reading: Proverbs 13:20, Malachi 3: 8-12

Memory Verse: Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people. Proverbs 14:34 (CSB)

The reason why most people are frustrated may be because they are not progressing. May the Lord encourage your heart with tangible result. Other causes of stagnancy include:

1. Satanic dark cloud: One of God’s servant in Nigeria was engaging the ministry of prayers and fasting over the stagnancy of his Church when God opened his eyes to see a dark cloud hovering over his ministry. Then, he began to pray strategic deliverance prayers. As soon as the dark cloud was lifted, the next Sunday, people began to troop in. Sometimes, that’s how deliverance works! Instantaneous progress!!

• Unholy alliance / Bad association: Check your association. Check your close friends. The anointing they carry will surely rub off on you. A brother was seeking the face of God on why he was not making progress. God opened his eyes. He saw himself and another friend working on a faulty vehicle. He understood the meaning. Both of them once got involved in a shady deal. Proverbs 14:34 (ABPE), “Righteousness will exalt the people and sin diminishes a people.” He repented before the Lord. After then, he called the brother and redefined the relationship on righteousness; and pronto, progress began. 

5. Tithing: You steal what belongs to God and expect the same God to bless you. Give what belongs to God unto God. Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and every other thing shall be added unto you (Mat. 6:33). If the priesthood of Jesus is after the order of Melchizedek, why then should you say tithing is an Old Testament doctrine? (Hebrews 7:1-22)

Prophetic Decree: Let the axe of the Lord break the fetters of chains and iron binding your hands and legs, in Jesus name. 

Prayer Focus

1. Thank you Father because this is my season of manifestation, in Jesus name.

2. Satanic cloud over my head, be lifted, in Jesus name.

3. I cut off any unprofitable relationship surrounding my life, in Jesus name.

4. I receive grace to be a faithful tither, in Jesus name.

5. Heavens of ever-forward progress, break, in Jesus name.

6. I reject slow progress, in Jesus name.
