Scripture Reading:                    Obadiah 1:17.

Memory verse for the week:   Mat 18:21-22

21 Then Peter came to Him and said, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?”

22 Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven. (NKJV)                                       

Shall we explore more about the meaning of deliverance this morning?

What is deliverance?

  1. For our soul to be free as a bird from the net of those who had captured her. Psalm 124:7(BBE)
  • To be free from evil curses and covenant. Gal 3:13.
  • To become a principality to the principality of your family and any other place. Col 2:15
  • To put an end to the handwriting of the law written against us. Col 2:14
  • To be free from the fear of the night. Psalm 91:5
  • To be free from the evil arrow that fly by day. Psalm 91:5.
  • To be free from the diseases that attacks in the night. Psalm 91:6.
  • To be free from the destruction that wastes men when the sun is high. Psalm 91:6.
  • To be free spirit, soul and body from all works of the devil. 3 John 1:2
  1. To bring our minds under the authority of Christ. 2Cor.10:5c
  1. To put an end to wrong imaginations in our hearts. 2 Cor.10:5b
  1. To destroy anything lifted higher than the knowledge of God. 2Cor. 10:5a.

ACTION WORD:       SALVATION IS THE FIRST STEP TO OBTAINING YOUR DELIVERANCE.

PRAYER POINT:

  1. Spirit of deliverance from all oppression of the devil, come into my life ,in the name of Jesus.
  2. I receive deliverance by mercies by the power of God, in the name of Jesus.
