God is obligated to keep on giving you His miracles, blessings and favour when you abdicate your responsibility to live holy, pure, obedient and Christ-like life on a daily basis. The various abuses of God’s grace by some modern day preachers who are busy building the church of Adam, instead of Christ’s glorious Church (Gal.5: 26,27) have led to shameful living, bastardization of the gospel, wrong image for the church, destruction of the faith of young people, selfish and self-indulgent living, promotion of crass worldliness and uplift of the works of the flesh (Galatians 5:19-21) over the fruit of the Spirit in our churches today.

Imagine used condoms found in church toilets, vigil grounds, worship experiences and musical concerts by churches. What an abomination! Imagine preachers who are polygamous, who have affairs with widows, single parents, and single ladies. Some preach erroneous doctrines and take blood money from wicked people as they use God’s  grace to cover these atrocities.

Way out?

The Word of God is greater than any preacher, bishop, apostle and prophet, and it is to that undiluted Word everyone of us should return. “For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world”  Titus 2:11-12.

The whole uniform testimony of Scripture, from Genesis (with Noah Gen. 6:8:) to the Book of Revelation, is that the grace of God helps us to be different from ungodly crowd; helps us to live for Him, do His will, bring glory to His name and keep us for Him and in Him and ultimately, prepare us for our heavenly home in heaven.

True grace helps us, energize us, strengthen and empower us to repent, seek God for forgiveness and live victoriously over sin, Satan and ungodliness of this present life. True grace of God helps us to do His will and be a model of godliness, not sinfulness. The grace that gives you license to sin is not the true grace of God, but fake from Satan, who is the father of sin and sinners.

Hebrews 12:28 (NKJV) says, “Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear”.

Prophetic Decree:  The grace of God shall not be wasted over your life, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. Lord, our generation is sorry for erroneous teachings of the grace message.

2. We break the backbone of grace heresy in the body of Christ, in Jesus name.

3. By the mercy of God, we bring balance to the body of Christ, in Jesus name.

4. O Lord in your rod, correct pastors and ministers misrepresenting your grace in Jesus name.

5. We receive grace unto grace daily in our lives, in Jesus name.
