Bible Reading: Hosea 4:6, Luke 5: 12-14

Memory Verse: Therefore my people are gone into captivity, for lack of knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude are parched with thirst. Isaiah 5:13 (ESV)

1. Foolishness will make you service your car monthly but will not allow you check up your body every 6 months because you are happy paying a mechanic, but not happy paying a doctor.

2. Foolishness will make you not to see a qualified doctor but happy to see a quack doctor under the bridge and drink all manner of concoctions concocted by a stark illiterate while smiling sheepishly to death.

3. Foolishness will make you believe that child delivery is better done in a local maternity centre than a hospital where there are qualified doctors and midwives because you don’t want to spend money until the delivery process becomes complicated and if care is not taken lives are lost.

4. Foolishness will convince you to assume that a child with diarrhoea is having only teething problems and you don’t need to take actions to stop the stooling until the child dies and you find out that the cause of death was not related to teething at all.

5. Foolishness will make you believe that the longer you last in sex shows how strong you are so you sometimes take sexual enhancing drugs until you die suddenly over a woman due to exhaustion.

6. Foolishness is when you don’t believe that smoking and alcoholism will kill you because Mr B has been smoking for years and nothing has happened to him until you develop liver cirrhosis and die suddenly.

7. Foolishness will not allow you to have the number of children that you can take care of until their school fees causes you headache and sleeplessness (insomnia) thereby hampering your health.

8. Foolishness will make you argue and fight policemen with guns at checkpoints while you haven’t written your will. Be wary of stray bullets.

9. Foolishness will make you love night traveling than day traveling when visibility, concentration and reaction time has been greatly compromised.

Prophetic Decree: You will not die prematurely, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. The Lord our healer, hallow be thy name.

2. I shall not die but live to declare the works of the Lord, in Jesus name (Psalm 118:17).

3. I cancel every appointment with death in Jesus name (Psalm 79:11).

4. What killed my father shall not kill me, in Jesus name.

5. What killed my mother shall not bury me, in Jesus name.
