Bible Reading: Galatians 2: 19-21
Memory Verse: I have died, but Christ lives in me. And I now live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave his life for me. Galatians 2:20 (CEV)
The greatest hindrance to the move of the Spirit of God for your promotion, healing, prosperity, lifting, success, etc., may not necessarily be the devil, but your flesh. “You will have to die to your flesh many times in this kingdom” – Apostle Micheal Orokpo.
Areas Where You Need To Die To Your Flesh Include:
1. Death to offence: Offence will separate you from your coming blessings. Offence will make you labour but never able to reap your harvest. The spirit of offence will push out of the queue of blessings just before it becomes your turn. Offence is one simple but powerful strategy the devil uses against us as Christians. How many people who started a business with a partner, or a start-up company lived to reap the fruits of their hard labour? Ronald Gerald Wayne perhaps picked up an offence when the company Apple Inc. began, and he lost the opportunity to leave financial abundance for his generations yet unborn. Develop the capacity to frustrate impatience out of your life. Great things happen consistently over a process of time. Today, Apple Inc. now has a stock market value of over $2 trillion. It took 42 years for the company to reach $1 trillion and just two years to double to a stock market value of $2 trillion in 2020.
2. Death to the dainties of sin: Will you say No to contract padding? Can you say No to bribe when you are in very serious financial need? Will you say No to money given to you by your one-time sinner boyfriend, girlfriend, sugar daddy or baby mama though you’re desperately in need? Until many cross over this hurdle, heaven may not open a new chapter for their life. “Legitimate pain” gives birth to great gain in this kingdom of God.
3. Death to the ephemeral pleasures of this world: Dear sister, have you watched the Christian movie titled Josephine by Mount Zion Faith Ministries Int’l? Josephine lost the prophetic plan and purpose of God for her destiny because of the lust of her flesh, the pride of her heart, and the lust of her eyes. The pleasures of this ever fading world has taken many Christians on a journey of no return outside their purpose.

Prophetic Decree: Receive grace to lose appetite for sin, every work of the flesh and the pleasures of this world, in Jesus name.
Prayer Focus:
1. Thank you Father for the power of the Holy Spirit to live above my flesh, the world and sin in my heart.
2. I bring my thoughts, words, and actions under the leadership of the Holy Ghost, in Jesus name.
3. Today, I receive a Spirit-controlled temperament, anger shall no more have dominion over me, in Jesus name.
4. Demonic affinity to besetting sin (mention the sin categorically), die, in Jesus name.
5. Blood of Jesus, laminate my spirit, soul and body, in Jesus name.
