Bible Reading: Proverbs 8: 1-3, 11-16

Memory Verse: The LORD shall send the rod of Your strength out of Zion. Rule in the midst of Your enemies! Psalm 110:2 (NKJV)

Wisdom is, and will remain the principal thing (Proverbs 4:6). Many are stagnated because they have despised that which the Bible calls principal. Imagine you remove the main clause from a sentence, the remaining phrase would have lost its original meaning. Many are busy fighting useless battles that could have been solved by simple application of divine wisdom. They are 10 years down the line, no much progress. May the Lord deliver you from bankruptcy of wisdom and its consequent woeful effects, in Jesus name. Stop fighting useless battles. Fight battles that have booties.

Have you noticed that most developed nations offer very little or no help to countries that have no natural and intellectual resources from which they can benefit from? Why would they waste the lives of their well trained army in unprofitable waters? That’s the point. Must you always fight your neighbours? When will you learn to overlook the excesses of your landlord? Won’t you learn to stay silent and calm when your partner starts with his/her tongue lashing? Imagine a man who went to his village on account that an old man infringed into his late father’s landed property.

He gets there, insults the old man and demolishes the building. Such a man lacks wisdom. Those are petty things that shouldn’t get the attention of someone who is fighting for an eternal and destiny course. Then, he comes back to the city and calamity starts. His children becomes hospitalized, he loses his job, his wife suffers a miscarriage ….woes upon woes. The best form of revenge is massive success.

Let the old man be. What about building an industrial estate for the entire community? You’re bigger than petty fights that could ground your destiny. Some so-called spiritual folks are annoyed with their biological and/or spiritual fathers and mothers. Hear me: You can’t use prayer and fasting as a substitute for parental blessings. Humble yourself. Stop fighting useless battles. There is a spiritual allocation only obtainable from parental blessings. Selah!

Prayer Focus

1. Thank you Father for your all-sufficient wisdom.

2. This Year 2021, I will reign by wisdom, in Jesus name.

3. I tap into the oil of wisdom for uncommon achievements this Year 2021, in Jesus name.

4. Father, give me the fruit of your spirit more abundantly this year, in Jesus name.

5. Spirit of self-control, tolerance and love, possess my life, in Jesus name.
