Bible Reading:  Genesis 25: 31-34

Memory VerseMaking the most of every opportunity, because the days are evilEphesians 5:16 (NIV)

Shall we conclude on this important topic by one of our fathers in faith? Sometimes, what we call adversity, God calls opportunity. Small opportunities are often the beginning of great achievements. Opportunity knocks only once—you must get up and answer the door. Obstacles are mostly opportunities in disguise. Do not despise the days of little beginnings.

If you do not get up to answer when opportunity knocks, it will leave that door. What people call luck is when opportunity meets preparation. I pray that you will not waste your divine opportunity in the name of Jesus.

Opportunities are like parking spaces—they favour those who get there first. There are far more opportunities than there is ability. Opportunity does not send letters of introduction, so you must pray and stay alert not to miss your divine opportunity.

You are what you are today because of the people you met—or the people you missed.

Wasted opportunities are dangerous. A wasted opportunity can spin your life backward. It can hinder you, detain you, delay you, and hamper you. It can stop the release of your potential. Wasted opportunities are tragic.

The Scriptures are full of men and women who wasted opportunities. Adam and Eve squandered their opportunity in the Garden of Eden. Cain was advised by God but wasted his opportunity. The men of Sodom saw angels but refused to repent. Esau sold his birthright. Aaron and his sons lost their opportunity. Saul lost his opportunity; Samuel told him that his kingdom would have lasted forever, but he missed it.

I pray that you will not waste your opportunity in the name of Jesus. I pray that you will recognise what God has done for you, seize the opportunity, and run with it in the mighty name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

God bless you. Amen.

Quote: Wasted opportunities can detain, delay, or hamper you. Opportunities lost may never be gained back.

Prophetic Decree: May the host of heaven waste every opportunity waster in your root, in Jesus name.

6. Father, let me not become a negative example in the name of Jesus.

7. Father, let me not go into slumber in a sinking boat in the name of Jesus.
