Bible Reading: John 1: 1-3

Be blessed:
1. On comparison: I still haven’t found any lucid reasons for comparison and competition in Christian ministry. Competition and Commission are two parallel lines. Face your calling. Run your race. Nobody is called as a referee in the game of destiny. No one is an umpire in the contest for incorruptible crown. Nobody has the duplicate of the Book of Life. Stay on the scriptures. Keep to the tenets of the apostolic faith. Stay focused on Christ and his gospel – Evangelist Niyi Adebayo.
2. On your calling: Stay on your calling, even if it’s unpopular. Stay in your place of assignment even if it is remote to fame.
3. On comfort: You must be willing to sacrifice your present comfort for your future preservation.
4. On humility: The most powerful weapon to conquer the devil is humility. For, as he does not know at all, how to employ it, neither does he know how to defend himself from it. ~ St. Vincent de Paul.
5. On the future: None of us know the future, like the one who creates it. Hence, let’s connect with the one who knows the future.
6. On the believer’s life: You are the only Bible some unbelievers will ever read, and your life is under scrutiny every day. What do others learn from you? Do they see an accurate picture of your God? – John MacArthur.
7. On starting small: Never be ashamed of the genuine work that brings food on your table. A small salary is better than waiting for someone to put food on your table. Start small but don’t remain small.
8. On the arrogance of this generation: We are the generations that have not found the God our fathers found, yet we have stopped where our fathers stopped.
9. On God’s blessings: When you ask God to bless you, He gives you an instruction. An instruction from God may not make sense, but it sure makes great.
10. On the will of God: The will of God will not come to pass only because God said it. The will of God will come to pass because it was enforced. There are other wills trying to find expressions in your space.
11. On tribulation: During a tribulation God has allowed, you may observe that God didn’t speak. The angels ministered to Jesus only after He had completed the test. Face your test headlong.
12. On standing alone: Some of the most significant things you will do in life will require you to take a lonely path where others may not see what you are seeing yet, but with time they will come around if you stay with the vision. Living on the opinions of men will kill your significance – Apostle Femi Lazarus.
Prophetic Decree: Any resistance to the emergence of your destiny, may the caterpillar of heaven bulldoze it, in Jesus name.
Prayer Focus
1. My life shall not lack a Word in season in Jesus name.
2. I receive grace to face my destiny in my pilgrimage on earth, in Jesus name.
3. I receive grace not to lose my focus, in Jesus name.
4. O Lord, please give me a humble heart, in Jesus name.
5. I receive the grace to stand alone in the instructions God has given me, in Jesus name.
