Bible Reading: Colossians 3:2

Memory VerseSet your mind and keep focused habitually on the things above [the heavenly things], not on things that are on the earth [which have only temporal value]. Colossians 3:2 (AMP)

Be inspired:

1. On learning: Never stop learning because life never stops teaching.

2. On the future: When the devil keeps telling you to look at the past, there is something he doesn’t want you to see in the future.

3. On the infallibility of the Bible: Disagree with the Bible if you want. It is still right, and you’re still wrong

4. On death:  There is no bridge from hell to heaven after death – R.C. Sproul

5. On waiting on God: God can do more with your obedience to WAIT than you can do trying to force things to happen.

6. On attitude: A bad attitude is like a flat tire; you can’t go anywhere until you change it – Zig Ziglar.

7. On God-first mentality: The God-first mentality is what I call an incurable addiction to God; a brutal dedication to God. It is a situation in your life where God is first and last and everything else is in-between – Dr Paul Enenche.

8. On heaven: My home is in Heaven. I’m just traveling through this world – Billy Graham

9. On mockers: One of the sweetest things God did was that He didn’t give our mockers the picture of our tomorrow.

10. On happiness: Happiness starts with you. Not with your relationships, not with your money, and not with your circumstances….With you!

11. On trusting God: God is not asking you to figure it out. He’s telling you to trust that He’s already done it – Jeremiah 29:11

12. On Obedience: Obedience is the burial of the will and the resurrection of humility – St. John Climacus.

13. On sin: The pleasure of sin is soon gone, but its sting remains – Thomas Watson

14. On long prayers: If you won’t yield to the nudging to spend extended time in prayer, praying in the Spirit, breaking into new realms and hitting the “gusher” within, you won’t see the significant breakthroughs needed to fulfil destiny. Extended time in prayer leads to divine coincidences – Pastor Poju Oyemade.

15. On absolute surrender to God: Those who leave everything in God’s hands will eventually see God’s hands in everything.

Prophetic Decree: May your life never be deficient of a Word from God in season, in Jesus name.

Prayer Focus

1. I receive grace to trap the waves of the Spirit of God per time, in Jesus name.

2. I decree nothing shall steal my joy, in Jesus name.

3. I receive grace to put my affections on the things that are eternal, in Jesus name.

4. Lord, increase my spiritual stamina for long prayers, in Jesus name.

5. I quench every demonic appetite, in Jesus name.
