Be blessed by these wisdom tit bits: 1. Jog or brisk for 10 – 30 minutes each day. 2. Sit in meditation for at least 10 minutes each day. 3. Stay hydrated. Drink at least 2 litres of water daily. 4. Sleep for 5- 8 hours per day. 5. Live with the 3 Es’ – Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy. 6. Do sports. Exercise your body. 7. Read good books. Be vast. Enlarge your mind. 8. Create time out of your busy schedule to pray. 9. Dream more when you are awake. Engage your mind productively. 10. Eat more plant foods, and eat less of animal food. 11. Try to make at least three people smile everyday. 12. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip. 13. Forget issues about the past. Don’t remind your partner about his or her past mistakes. 14.
